Shipping We offer free shipping to “Preferred” locations within the Greater Los Angeles area (Please inquire or see details below for your city) for all other areas we ship via UPS for all Ground and 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental US. Returns and Exchanges Keturah guarantees that you’ll like our items! Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sizing, material, and color of items purchased are to their liking as Keturah will not be responsible for replacing such items. However, if for any reason within 5 days of the date listed on the invoice (you will receive this invoice with your shipment) you notice items are damaged (chipped, broken hook, etc), we will gladly exchange your item for another selection. Just return the item to the address below and include a new catalog order form with your new selection! Sorry but we do not reimburse any shipping costs. Any items that are returned after 10 days for reasons other than those listed above will be given a Keturah company credit for future use on any items sold via our catalog or at a Social Butterfly event. This will be issued to you electronically. Any items received that have been returned after 30 days of the original invoice date will not be accepted at all.
