ow many different ways can we visualize pasta? The possibilities are almost endless. Pasta is available in many different shapes, sizes and textures, and yet each
variety is produced with the same basic ingredients. We can make it ourselves from scratch or buy it from our local grocery store, where we are overwhelmed by the shear number of choices. Pasta can be dressed up with sauces, meats and vegetables, but can look different each time based on that first set of important decisions—which type, what texture, short or long, dry or fresh? After making up our minds, we are faced with the cooking process and the preparation. Pasta is transformed into something new and its time to eat! When not being eaten, dry pasta is an excellent source of inspiration. So choose your style and play with your food!
