• Located on a 27 acre abandoned mill site. •Worked with the people of Rossville. Including the mayor, commissioner, and residents. As well as regional foundations Thrive 2055 and Lyndehurst. • Developed a light urban framework to encourage and control gentrification while sparking immediate site interaction within the first 100 days. • Goal of making the site a catalyst for regional development.

These two projects represent a culmination of work done for the Georgia Tech campus. • West Dining Commons study (left page). • Worked in tandem with firms in Athens, Atlanta, and Texas. • Designed the site analysis and beginning of DD. • Our team worked hand in hand with GT staff. • Atlanta Drive Project (right page). • Made the RFQ presentation. • Worked with firms in Athens and Atlanta area. • Helped develope site analysis and presentation graphics • ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and hand graphics.

BOOKER PARK SPORTS COMPLEX Park Design
• Previous brownfield to be turned into a sport complex in NW GA. • Multiple spots fields, from baseball to tennis. • All fields orientated with solar alignment in mind. • Multiple small parking lots instead of one large lot. • Capable of large traffic flows. • Daylighting and mixing together different sports types. • AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Vray, Google Earth.
