My Wellsician.io Moonshot Vision

From 2026 to 2036: The TIME Has Arrived - A Vision Of The Future

We Live in A World of Wellsicians!

In 2036 We Celebrate Our TIME ‘Emoji of the Decade’ Cogno Tiv - Pictured on the front cover, conducting a 'World of Wellsicians’, Cogno Tiv symbolizes the joyful and profound impact of music making on global wellness, cognitive development and social cohesion – for all ages – for all abilities – for all music making aspirations: From the ‘4 Chord Trick’ to The New York Philharmonic.

Now, in 2036, a decade after the launch of Wellsician.io, and the 2026 Celebration of the Lost and Found legacy of the Micrologus (small manual) of Guido D'Arezzo in 1026 to a new Global Wellness Macrologus (big manual!) with the globally celebrated MoMMiiMillennium of Music Making -innovation and inclusivity, the vision to revolutionize global wellness through music making has surpassed even the most optimistic projections – of both the Global Wellness Impact and the Economic Sector Opportunity

With a staggering $1 trillion impact on Global Wellness and a $4 billion Economic Opportunity, the initiative has ushered in a new era of health, happiness, and (dare we say) ‘harmony!’ Today, music making is not just a pastime, not only a profession; though the health and wellbeing it brings it is a cornerstone of education, wellness, healthcare, government policy, and community life.

The Global Wellness Impact - From Neuroscience To A New Music Making Global Economy

With a globally evidenced YouGov Benchmark of the UK Government / nef New Economics Foundation used to create a revolutionary new ‘Five Ways To Music Making Well-Beings’ B y 1. Connecting 2. Being active 3. Taking notice 4. Keeping learning, and 5. Giving we have found a natural ally in music making self-test and teacher-based testing and tracking.

Neuroscience research over the past decade has unequivocally shown – now on a global scale - that engaging in music significantly boosts cognitive development, emotional resilience and Social Neuroscience impact of personal, family, work and community relationships. This was first truly evidenced with advanced Neuroscience in the decade to 2024 – especially with advances in Social Neuroscience. The problem was that the Music Education world talked about it – but had no tools or Well-Tech solutions to offer!

The Global Wellness Institute (GWI) has recognized this impact by establishing a new Music Wellness Sector, now a vital part of the global wellness economy. From 11 Sectors and 6 Policy Toolkits we now have 12 Sectors & 7 Policy Toolkits – used by Governments, Education and Wellbeing Sectors across the world.

Education – From Decline To Global Dedication & Delivery

In schools worldwide, music making has become a top priority – not a world where only 42% UK Schools offer Music Exams - from almost terminal decline to vastly dedicated time and resources. From toddler age to seniors - Music Academy’s for every age ‘Wellsicians’ are introduced to an array of instruments, sensory tools and home and work based Digital Well-Tech. Apps, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Multi-SENsory sheet music tools have transformed music education into a dynamic experience.

The introduction of EmojiPhonics, a multi modal language of music making, has revolutionized sight-reading and sight-singing. Over 10% of 10 billion emojis sent daily are now ABCDEmojis and DoReMemojis, making music literacy accessible, fun, engaging - for all.

"The impact of EmojiPhonics in our education system has been extraordinary. It’s made music learning fun and accessible for all students," says Laura Williams, Secretary of Education for the United States.

.

Government and Community

Governments have embraced music making as a key element of public policy. Local community groups and charities prioritize music making, recognizing its power to foster inclusivity and wellbeing. Community centers now host regular music making events, and public spaces are equipped with instruments and sensory tools for spontaneous musical exploration. This widespread adoption has led to measurable improvements in community health and happiness, as tracked by the 5 Ways Global Benchmark.

"I'm delighted to announce a new Secretary of State for Musical Wellbeing," declares Georgina Aramani, UK Prime Minister. "Our commitment to integrating music into public policy has transformed our communities."

Wellness and Healthcare

Music is now a fundamental part of wellness and healthcare programs. Local music groups, choirs, and orchestras are flourishing, providing not just artistic expression but also significant mental and physical health benefits. Social neuroscience studies have shown that these group activities enhance relationships and social cohesion, contributing to overall wellbeing. The Wellsician.io platform has played a crucial role in this transformation, offering resources and community support for music making as a therapeutic tool.

"Music has become an essential part of our national health strategy. It’s incredible to see the positive effects on mental health and community spirit," comments Dr. Anil Gupta, Director of the World Health Organization.

The Un-Wellbeing Global Decrease

Charity Sector, Care Sector – especially in older age and Health Sector has not only seen the positive impacts on cognitive development for all ages, but has also seen remarkable improvements in public health, happiness and wellness.

The concept of un-wellbeing is no longer confined to music therapy provided by a limited number of qualified professionals. The democratisation of music making has led to happier and healthier lives from childhood to senior citizens. This progress is categorized into three levels of both professional help and self-help/teacher/tutor/parent help with digital Music Well-Tech.

1. Music Therapy: Now a growing field with neuroscience-backed training available from many more professionals. 2. Musication: Delivering your own music medication with free serotonin and dopamine, promoting self-care through music. 3. Musimunity: Building happier, connected lives and a global increase in happiness and connectedness with the 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings.

SENDsational News! Music Learning Circle of Dys' Difficulties Sector No Longer Excluded

A New Universal Language and Training For Dysmusia & Music Making Wellbeings

The Neuroscience Behind a New Look From SEMH To SEM+MHW: Social, Emotional, Mental + Musical Health & Wellbeing

The Triad of Help from un-Wellbeing to Well-Beings

The Need for the Democratisation of a New SEM+MHW

As music education declines in schools evidenced by 42% of UK schools no longer offering Music GCSE there is a pressing need to democratize Social, Emotional, Mental Musical Health & Wellbeing (SEMMHW). This shift necessitates the involvement of therapists, schools, parents, and self-help strategies. With advancements in neuroscience highlighting the profound impact of music on the brain, it is essential to make SEM+MHW accessible to everyone.

The Neuroscience of MHW - Musical Health and Wellbeing

Music's impact on the brain is profound. Engaging in music making activates multiple brain regions, fostering neuroplasticity, and enhancing cognitive functions such as memory, attention, and problem-solving. Music stimulates the release of dopamine, serotonin, and other neurotransmitters associated with pleasure and well-being. Furthermore, music making facilitates social bonding and emotional expression, which are crucial for overall mental health.

The Triad of Help from un-Wellbeing to Well-Beings: Three Levels of Musical Health and Wellbeing

1. Music Therapy - Professionally guided sessions where music is used as a therapeutic tool to address mental health issues, improve emotional regulation, and foster social interaction. Music therapy can offer significant benefits, including reducing anxiety, enhancing mood, and improving cognitive functions. Therapists work with individuals to create personalized interventions that can address specific mental health challenges.

2. Musication! - Self Help: What actually amounts to ‘Self-Medication!’ through Music Making (new term = Musication!) involves engaging with music on a personal level to self-regulate emotions and improve mental health. Activities such as playing an instrument, singing, or composing music can boost dopamine and serotonin levels, reduce stress, and promote a sense of achievement and joy. This form of self-medication allows individuals to harness the healing power of music in their everyday lives.

3. Musimunology! - With the 5 Ways To Music Making Well-Beings From Therapy to All: The democratisation of SEM+MHW involves integrating music into daily routines to enhance overall wellbeing. This includes activities like listening to music while exercising, using music to unwind after a stressful day, or participating in community music events. These practices can significantly contribute to maintaining mental and emotional health. By making music a part of everyday life, we can extend the benefits of music therapy to a broader audience. The net result amounts to both Health + Wellbeing impact – let’s call it Musimunology!

The Impact of eBACC on Music Education + Lack of Recognition of SEM+MHW

The introduction of the English Baccalaureate (eBACC) has had significant repercussions on the state of music education in UK schools. With 42% of schools no longer offering Music GCSE, the onus has shifted to parents, music tutors, charities, and other stakeholders like local communities and charities to fill this critical gap. This reduction in music education opportunities exacerbates the need to address two key areas: understanding Dysmusia and promoting the benefits of Music Making Well-beings = SEM=MHW.

Addressing Dysmusia – Building Wellsicians

Dysmusia, a condition impacting music perception and production, is largely unrecognized. It affects not just those with specific learning difficulties (SEND) but also the broader population who may face barriers to engaging with music. Understanding Dysmusia involves recognizing the co-morbidity with conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and Meares Irlen Syndrome. This comprehensive understanding can lead to better support and more effective music education strategies.

Promoting Music Making Well-Beings By Creating Wellsicians

Music making has been shown to have significant benefits for well-being, including reducing stress, enhancing mood, and improving social connections. As music education in schools declines, it becomes increasingly important for parents, music tutors, and charities to promote these benefits actively. This involves creating accessible music-making opportunities that cater to diverse needs and abilities, ensuring that everyone can experience the positive impacts of music.

The Implications for Cognition – A Full Mental Workout – Brain Building + Social Wellbeing No.1

Engaging in music making has been shown to enhance cognitive development significantly. It improves memory, attention, and executive functions, all of which are crucial for academic success and everyday functioning. By incorporating music into the SEMMHW framework, we can leverage these cognitive benefits to support overall mental and emotional well-being.

In Conclusion

Given the significant benefits of music for social, emotional, mental, and musical health, there is an urgent need to integrate music more fully into education and therapy. By recognizing the importance of SEM+MHW, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all individuals, regardless of their abilities or background.

In conclusion, the integration of music into SEMH, now redefined as SEM+MHW, is not just beneficial but essential. It addresses a critical gap in our current understanding and support of mental health and well-being. By leveraging the latest neuroscience and embracing a holistic approach, we can make a profound difference in the lives of many, fostering a healthier, more connected, and musically enriched society.

Forward to the Reimagined, Proposed - 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings Benchmark By Kevin M Thomson & Sally M Thomson – Founders Dysmusia.Foundation Prepared for tes SEND Show 2024 – A Labour of Love!

In 2008, the UK Government Futures Thinktank sponsored the nef (New Economics Foundation) Foresight Project, resulting in the globally evidenced '5 Ways to Wellbeing.' This groundbreaking report provided a framework for improving mental health and wellbeing across the population. By 2011, an update supported by the NHS Confederation aimed to enhance the promotion and application of these principles.

Given the widespread adoption of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing globally, this 2024 update seeks to reimagine the original report by incorporating the latest advancements in neuroscience and social neuroscience. The objective is to establish music making as the most significant contributor to global wellness and individual well-being.

We propose the introduction of three levels of Music Making Well-Beings, with two new terms that help understand music making not just as a pleasure or career pursuit, but fundamentally as a 'Health, Wellness & Wellbeings Strategy' (see Wellenomics - The Book). These three terms clarify the levels of Well-Being and un-Wellbeing:

1. Musimunity: This term encapsulates the dual benefits of music making providing immunity against stress, ill-health, and un-wellbeing while fostering unity through social connections.

2. Musication: Refers to the 'free' internal medication that music making brings, mental and emotional health through daily application of the tools, technology, teaching, tutoring and training alongside the self-help or mentor facilitated approaches. This level applies to the 20% of SEND Special Educational Needs, the 90% who never tried or ‘gave up’ (ABRSM) 20% + 90% = 100% who can benefit from the No. 1 Way of Music Making Wellbeings,

3. Music Therapy: Recognised by the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), as a professional intervention i.e. at Masters Level - for addressing severe un-wellbeing, highlighting that music therapy is only one level of the overall power of creating Wellsicians and helping prevent unWellsicians

A World Of Wellsicians

The Triad of Treatments! The Three Levels of Music Making for Well-Beings

To further enrich this framework, we introduce three levels of music-based interventions:

1. Musimunity: Utilising the 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings as a comprehensive framework to build resistance against un-wellbeing and enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Regular engagement in music making whether singing, learning, playing, or performing provides natural boosts of oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, and adrenaline

Music making acts as a form of ‘immunity,’ fostering a more resilient and flourishing state of well-being through social connections.

2. Musication: A self-help, teacher or tutor, parent or caregiver, band-mate or orchestra leader -facilitated approach that incorporates the 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings Framework into everyday life.

Tools such as Apps, LMS-type interventions, training programs, and toolkits can be used by music teachers, tutors, parents, mentors, band/choir/orchestra members, and leaders.

Musication serves as a form of ‘medication’ for mental health, promoting continuous engagement in music as a therapeutic practice to enhance cognitive and emotional wellbeing.

3. Music Therapy: For individuals experiencing severe un-wellbeing, professional intervention from trained music therapists is essential.

However, with no formal, universal, framework for Music Therapists i.e. that involves the application of the 5 Ways Framework to provide structured, evidence-based interventions that address specific mental health challenges, the need is open for re-imagining the future!

Therapists can now guide individuals through 5 Ways Benchmarked with their own tailored music making activities to promote healing, emotional expression, and psychological resilience, forming the foundation for a journey towards becoming a ‘Wellsician’ at the two other levels.

Anita Collins shares how learning music influences our brain development, and what this means for musical education.

The 5 Ways to Wellsicians: Building the 12th Sector of Wellness

This reimagined report forms part of our broader strategy to establish the 12th Sector of Wellness as a new Economic & Strategic initiative of the Global Wellness Institute (GWI) i.e. Music Making Well-Beings. Our initiative, 'The 5 Ways to Well-Beings,' is structured around five core components:

1. Wellenomics - The Book: Outlines the economic opportunities within the music making wellness sector.

2. The Top 20 TedTalks - The Background: Presents the latest neuroscience research highlighting the cognitive and social benefits of music making.

3. The YouGov Benchmark and 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings nef 2024 Update - The Benchmarks: Provides a framework for measuring the impact of music making on well-being.

4. EmojiPhonics - SEND and Non-SEND Multi-Sensory Teaching: Offers tools and methodologies for inclusive music education.

5. Wellness Policy Toolkit: Music Making Well-Beings: Adapts the GWI Physical Activity Toolkit to create a sector-specific guide, highlighting the $4Bn opportunity and £1Tn global wellness impact.

The 5 Ways to Music Making Well-Beings

We contextualize "Well-Being" within the framework of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as defined by nef/UK Government Foresight. This framework includes all 5 Ways – For the 20% SEND, the 90% who never tried or gave up, and the 100% of all who can build on the power of Music Making Health and Wellbeing + help un-Health and un-Wellbeings move to a ‘better place’ through music making.

1. Connect: Building social connections through music making – for all ages and abilities; not just listening to music but actively participating in learning, practicing, playing, and performing. This involves connecting with parents, teachers, tutors, choirs, groups, orchestras, audiences, and community members.

2. Be Active: Engaging in physical activities related to music, such as dancing or playing instruments, benefits both physical and mental health for all abilities and disabilities.

3. Take Notice: Enhancing mindfulness and awareness through musical experiences–engaging in the conscious activity of physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional awareness through music.

4. Keep Learning: Promoting continuous learning and skill development in music – from simple activities like banging a drum or playing ‘the 4 chord trick’ to achieving high levels of proficiency such as performing at Carnegie Hall.

5. Give: Encouraging the sharing of musical talents and resources within families, friends, schools, colleges, clubs, social events, and entire communities.

Music Making Wellness and Wellbeing & Happiness

Two Distinct Concepts - Multiple Unifying Goals

The Wellenomics - of Music Making Global Wellness & Local Well-Beings - this Blueprint is, I believe, (backed by the amassing evidence – herein - I call ‘Rooted in Science!’) a Wellness Revolution: Much like my first book ‘The Employee Revolution – FT Pitman’ which introduced the concept of 'Internal Marketing’ as opposed to ‘employee communication’: In short from an ‘information giving’ methodology of ‘newsletter’ driven ‘comms’ to a ‘marketing’ methodology of targeted user driven ‘messaging’ – this too is truly a revolution – driven both by neuroscience and wellbeing research including the new Dysmusia.Foundation 5 Ways To Music Making Well-Beings YouGov Benchmark.

A ‘revolution’? Yes, not least because there is no Music Making Sector in the GWI only a tiny Music Therapy element; where all the latest Neuroscience on Cognitive Development and now Social Neuroscience of Music Making Social Connection Wellbeing and Happiness (oxytocin et. al!) tells us music making is the No. 1 way to building mental, health and wellbeing - as well as the therapeutic elements of helping un-Wellbeings back to wellness.

This new, globally evidence-based blueprint and outline discussion document for all, I’ve called the Wellenomics of Music Making Well-Beings. I seek to differentiate and bridge the GWI defined concepts of ‘Wellness’ and ‘Wellbeing’ applying these GWI principles contained in each definition to what CHATgpt reveals as the ‘missing opportunity’ of a new 12th Sector of ‘Music Making Well-Being.’

Wellness: Creating a New 12th Sector

Wellness, as I interpret from the definitions by the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), encompasses the ‘intentions, actions, and activities’ necessary to create Well-Beings within a sector.

It is primarily concerned with the strategic integration of various elements to build a cohesive sector. The Wellenomics approach aims to establish a new 12th sector focused on Music Making Well-Being, integrating and enhancing all existing 11 wellness sectors. This strategic initiative recognizes a $4Bn economic opportunity within the wellness sector, offering a structured and unified approach to harnessing the power of music making a $1Tn economic impact on global wellness.

Wellbeing: Tactical Execution Across Sectors

In contrast, wellbeing pertains to the perception of a state of being, with a prominent mental and emotional dimension. It involves the tactical execution of wellness strategies, focusing on individual and collective health outcomes. "Wellenomics Of Music Making Well-Beings" as a blueprint outlines a comprehensive Wellness Policy Music Making Toolkit, designed to implement these strategies across all wellness sectors, as well as in government, education, health, care, and charitable organizations. This approach aims to leverage the latest advancements in neuroscience and social neuroscience to achieve a £1Tn impact on global health and wellbeing measures.

Launch Wellsician.io & EmojiPhonics Partner Search

Proposed Policy Framework for UK Govt. + Education, Wellbeing, Health, Care Community Sectors

Wellsician.io & Dysmusia Foundation Launch at the TES SEND Show 2024:

A New Era for Music Education Impact and Well-Being Opportunity

October 11 & 12, 2024, mark a significant milestone in the world of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) with the launch of Wellsician.io and the Dysmusia Foundation at the tes SEND Show. The launch of both aims to revolutionise the approach to music education and well-being, addressing three critical areas that affect us all. By fostering a world of newly defined SENsicians, UNsicians and WELLsicians the Moonshot goal is set to redefine how we perceive and engage with music making.

The Three Key Areas of Focus

1. Global Wellness Sectors and Music Making Well-Beings

The Global Wellness Institute (GWI) has no defined sector or growth plans specifically addressing the intersection of music making and wellness. The Dysmusia Foundation aims to fill this gap, drawing on insights from the book *Wellenomics* and the proposed *Wellness Policy Toolkit: Music Making Well-Beings*. This initiative seeks to integrate music making into the broader wellness landscape, providing practical applications and systems to enhance well-being through music.

2. The Revealed Scale of Dysmusia

The YouGov UK Benchmark survey has uncovered the extensive prevalence of Dysmusia, affecting both SEND and non-SEND individuals. The term Dysmusia was originally discovered/coined in 2020 i.e nearly a quarter of a Century ago. It originally meant some form of ‘musical dyslexia. Now with a new definition based on the YouGov UK Benchmark it has been redefined to encompasses both an inner Circle of Dys’ - of those with recognized multi-sensory SEND issues and an outer circle of non-SEND individuals who face challenges with music making. The TES SHOW Survey further highlighted a staggering 98% lack of awareness about Dysmusia. This underscores the urgent need for increased recognition and resources to address this pervasive issue.

3. Educational and Training Deficits

The intersection of wellness and Dysmusia is exacerbated by several critical gaps:

- The lack of teaching and awareness about Dysmusia.

- The absence of a global SEND music training system.

- The need for a systematic set of multi-sensory tools to aid in music education. The EmojiPhonics Memorisation System, along with its suite of teaching aids like sheet music and SticKey Note tools, aims to address these gaps by providing innovative, multisensory methods for teaching music to all learners.

Digital Dyslexic Dysmusical Dysruptor Me – On What A Retirement Project!

Following a lifetime of SEND-based music-making failures at exams – not that I, or anyone knew it in the 1950’s & 60’s - that forced me to give up music at the age of 12 after 7 long years of trying : This was followed by a lifetime of frustration; buying endless music books and guitars, all to no avail.

Finally, over a decade of R&D as a retirement project (having started sticking coloured dots on my guitar!), my vision is finally being realised. How? With astonishing speed and efficiency by the advent of ChatGPT and AI Co-pilot! Using AI text and design – like every emoji concept in this document like ‘Cogno Tiv’ on the imaginary TIME cover - have allowed me to build all my dyslexic ideas into edited (and I hope!) inspirational content: To create designs that a decade ago would have cost thousands to produce, such as my original Hapy Do family of the DoReMemodjis.

My Mission and Vision

My mission is deeply personal, driven by my struggles with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, Meares Irlens Syndrome, and now my own version of dysmusia. These encompass both the 'inner circles' of 'dysability' and the outer circles of what I call Music Making ‘JTFD’ it is ‘Just Too Flippin’ Difficult!’.

The latest C21st breakthrough in neuroscience highlighting the profound impact of music-making on wellbeing, especially for SEND individuals, has given me the motivation and clarity to channel my countless ideas and attempts to overcome my struggles into a global context of neuroscience and wellbeing-driven strategy and digital wellness solutions. All of this allows me to launch a newly crafted response with Wellsician.io. The io’ coincidentally mirrors my GWI Global Wellness Institute perspective on the future of wellness, as both an ‘i’ (impact on global wellness) and an "o" (opportunity for the 11 Economic sectors of the GWI), using the AI re-imagined 7th Policy Toolkit to inspire a change of perception about Music Making Well-Beings.

Launching Wellsician.io and The Dysmusia Foundation

At the tes SEND Show (appropriately!) at the London Business Design Centre, I will be launching My Wellsician.io Moonshot Vision which includes all the books, research and policy and toolkit documents like the new YouGov UK Benchmark of Music Making Wellbeing. This is both a wellbeing benchmark and a combined SEND analysis of a new definition of 'Dysmusia.' The Global Scale of Dysmusia is a term I am expanding from its 2001 genesis by Dr. Neil Gordon (Neurologist) to describe the psychological and emotional impact of music on people with learning differences, such as dyslexia and ADHD.

Bringing a range of books, research, and tools like the Music Making Policy Toolkit to the world I am delighted to say, utilizes my life's work, e.g., as the Founder and Chair of MCA – the Marketing & Communication Agency with a global range of clients and awards like BA British Airways ‘Putting People First Again’; and as an Honorary Professor of marketing at Birmingham University, where I lectured about the ‘ideopsychology of marketing and communication.’

With my 60 Second Personality Test featured in both my books Passion At Work & The Company Culture Cookbook now turned into the MSTTi Multi-Sensory Teaching and Targeting Indicator; I have used my life’s work in marketing and employee communication to build Wellsician.io tools, teaching, training, and targeting.

From being asked by FT Pitman to write the world's first book on 'Internal Marketing' - The Employee Revolution, I rapidly became the author of multiple books, including The Company Culture Cookbook, Managing Your Internal Customers, Passion at Work, Emotional Capital and now 'The Macrologus - Millennium of Music Making Innovation - MoMMii.’

These have all added to envisioning the future ‘World of Wellsicians’ – for personal as well as professional reasons.

The Power of Giving

One of the core principles of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing is 'Give.' Looking back, I realize that my unawareness of my SEND issues and the co-morbidity of my conditions made it difficult to find motivation to learn to play – until I discovered how to PLAY! By using colour, design, and emojis, I created PLAYing! By E-AR (Emoji Accessibility Range).

The Neuroscience breakthrough of Music Making Wellbeing, especially for SEND, has transformed my personal challenge into a mission.

A Life of Marketing and Communication

With well over a decade of experience as a start-up innovator with the original Emoji Go Music System beta tested at the UK BETT Show and Music & Drama Show, and working with Jeanette Phillips of FlexicareUK on the integration of Care and Wellbeing, and now the start-up Wellsican.io Academy and the Dysmusia Foundation as an outlet to ‘Give Back’, my task is to take both The 5 Ways To Wellbeing Apps, Training, and Tools as well as the Wellsician.io LMS to the world.

My (very dyslexic driven!) career in marketing and communication, coupled with my books and innovative tools like the MSTTi (Multi-Sensory Teaching and Targeting Indicator), has equipped me with the deep knowledge and belief in multi-sensory communication to drive this project forward.

A Final Thank You

A heartfelt thank you to my dyslexic wife, Sally M Thomson, Barrister and former CPS EU Policy Advisor, for her patience, inspirational editing, and unwavering support. Her insights and ideas have been invaluable in bringing this vision to life.

Together, we look forward to a future where music-making wellbeing is accessible to all.
