Island Residency Competition | Indianapolis Island
Created by Andrea Zittel, this structure directly interacts with the Indianapolis Museum of Art’s 100Acre Park, uniting dwelling with nature. Collaborating with classmate Julia Clements, we proposed a program where we embraced the quiet purity of the art-piece, allowing ourselves to separate from our hasty, societal routine, and simplify our lives.
...pr oduci n g a n d p r o gres s ing t hrough c oll abo ra tive d e sig n In 2010, our entire architecture and interior design class was responsible for each colored section of a grand twenty foot long, twenty foot wide staircase. Each section along with the entire structure needed to flow and fit together.

Here, I helped edit Photoshop renderings, explored iterative studies for an acrylic entry overhang, and compiled a leasing office palette for an up and coming leasing office.

In San Francisco, I took it upon myself to not pass up capturing the beauty of the city including Muir Woods and the Howeird Street Fair. Photography inspires me for design projects and allows my eye to practice instant composition.
