After breakfast, depart for Caesarea (Acts 9.30 Acts 10 24–48). Visit the Roman, Byzantine and Crusader ruins including the Theatre and the Aqueduct. Continue to Mount Carmel (1st Kings 18). Afternoon visit to Nazareth and the site of the Annunciation, (Luke 1.26, 4.16–29, Matthew 2.23). Visit the Nazareth Village, Also Cana of Galilee (John 2. 1–11). Overnight Tiberias with dinner. B D

Day 04: Capernaum – Mount Beatitudes Tabgha – *Golan Heights Following breakfast take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee (John 6.1, 6.23). Visit to Capernaum (Matt.4 13, 13.54, 17.54, Luke 7, Mark 1.2, John 4.46–54) visit the remains of the synagogue. Visit Mount of Beatitudes (Matt. 5, 6, 7, 8). Visit to Tabgha where Jesus fed the multitude with just 2 fishes and 5 loaves. (Matt. 13, Mark. 33–45 and John 21). Visit Gaderenes at Kursi (Luke 8. 26–39, Matt 8. 28–34 and Mark 5). Return to Tiberias for dinner and overnight. B D

Day 05: Yardenit – Gilboa – Beth Shean – Jericho – Jerusalem Depart to Galilee after Breakfast for the Holy City of Jerusalem. Visit the Baptismal site at Yardenit (Matt 3.13–17, Mark 1.9–11 and Luke 3.22–23). Continue via the Mountains of Gilboa and arrive at Beth Shean, (Mark 5.20, 7.31). Where Saul and his son Jonathan where nailed to the walls (1st Samuel 31.10, Judges 1.27). Visit the Good Samaritan Inn (Luke 10.30–37) also the Mount of Olives for a view of the Holy City and a ceremony. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem. B D


Day 06: Jerusalem After breakfast, a walking tour of Jerusalem where Jesus walked, Mount Moriah and the Dome of the Rock from atop the Mount of Olives and the Garden of Gethsemene, house of the High priest Caiphas (Matt. 26.34, Mark 14.30 and Luke 22.54–70). Continue to Mount Zion see the tomb of King David, Room of the Last Supper (Mark 14.13, Luke 22. 10–38, Matt. 26 17–29, Acts 1.13 and Acts 2 The Pentecost) and the Palace of Chaipha. Enter the Old City through Stephen’s Gate, visit the Pool of Bethesda. Judgment Hall of Pilate Walk along the Via Dolorosa, view the Church of the Sepulcher and finally the Garden Tomb. Following breakfast, we travel to the Shrine of the Book to see the Dead Sea Scrolls the absolute miracle of God’s preserved Word. We will also visit the miniature model of the city of Jerusalem from the period 2000 years ago. Next visit the Jewish Quarter, the Cardo—ancient Byzantine Street, the Western Wall and The Rabbi’s Tunnel, Southern Wall Excavations return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. B D

Day 08: Bethlahem – Ein Karem – Jerusalem

Breakfast; visit Bethlehem (Luke 2, 1–7) the site of the nativity, the Shepherds fields, fields of Ruth and Boaz. Return to Jerusalem visit site of the “City of David”, the Pool of Siloam where Jesus cured the blind and Hezekiah Tunnel. Continue to Yad Vashem memorial to the Holocaust. Drive to Ein Karem birth place of John the Baptist. Return to your hotel. B D

Day 09: Massada – Dead Sea – Jerusalem Breakfast is followed by a cable car ride to the mountain top fortress of Massada. Also visit Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Proceed to Ein Gedi, “Spring of the Goat,”; where King David hid from Saul, and where God defeated the enemies of the Israelites led by King Jehoshaphat. (1 Sam 23:29; 24 Song of Songs 1:14). Return to Jerusalem, dinner and overnight. B D

Day 10: Jerusalem – USA After breakfast, transfer to the airport for our return flight home, with many fond memories of this enlightening tour. B

Day 06: Beit Shean – Tiberias – Galilee Breakfast; Jericho*, the oldest city in the world, then to Beit Shean. Visit the excavations of this Roman city. Proceed to Tiberias. Continue to the shores of Galilee then to Capernaum and visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue. Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for dinner and overnight. B D


Day 07: Galilee – Golan Heights – Nazareth Breakfast then to the Golan Heights visit the former Syrian fortifications and Druze villages., proceed to Safed, city of the Kaballah and visit a synagogue and the artists’ colony. Day 05: Petra – Amman Breakfast, full day visit of “Petra”.( city of the Nabatean), descendants of the Nebajots (1 Moses 25:12–18 and 1 Chronicles 1:29 and Isaiah 60:7). Aretas was the first King of the Nabateans (2 Makkabar 5:8). Continue to Amman for dinner and overnight accommodations. B D

Breakfast, visit Pafos Archaeological Park with the Roman villas and Mosaics at the house of Aion, Dionysus and Theseus, the Tombs of the Kings, St. Paul’s Pillar and Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church. The Roman emperor Sergio Paul converted to Christianity after hearing Apostle Paul’s speeches, also, Apostle Paul was tied on a pillar outside the historic church of Panagia Chrysopolitissa and received 39 lashes for preaching Christianity. Day 03: Larnaka – Pafos Breakfast, then a visit to St. Lazarus church in Larnaka, built in the 9th century. Visit the Greco-Roman theater of Kourion and the House of Eustolios and the

After breakfast depart for Kykko Monastery, founded in 1100 and dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The monastery possesses one of the 3 surviving icons painted by St. Luke. You will also visit the Kykko museum with a priceless collection of icons, manuscripts and other Cypriot antiquities. Continue to Lemesos via the picturesque Omodos village a wine producing village with the beautiful monastery of the Holy Cross at the village square. Dinner and overnight in Lemesos. B D

Breakfast, then to Troodos mountains to visit several of the 10 Byzantine Churches that are UNESCO World Heritage sites. Drive through the wine producing villages. First stop, the churches of Agios Ioannis Lampadistis at Kalopanagiotis village and Panagia tis Podithou at Galata. Continue to Kakopetria free time to walk or eat lunch. Visit the church of Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis. Return to Lemesos for a farewell dinner at a typical local taverna with music. B D

After breakfast see the landmark of the city, the White Tower, the Walls of the Byzantine Acropolis, the Roman Arch of Galerius and the Rotonda, the Basilicas of St. Demetrius and St. Sophia (Divine Wisdom). Continue to Kalambaka, visit the monasteries of Meteora, Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka. B D

Day 02: Thessaloniki Arrive in Thessaloniki, the city where Paul was received by Jason. Paul was preaching the Word of God here, until he was rushed out of the city. Your Key Tour representative will meet you at the airport of Thessaloniki and transfer you to your hotel for dinner and overnight. D

Day 03: Thessaloniki – Phillipi – Kavala – Thessaloniki Follow the route of the Via Egnatia and visit, like Paul, the area of Amphipolis, to see the famous funerary Lion of Amphipolis, and the site of Philippi. Visit the Baptistery of Lydia near the river, where Paul baptized her. visit the ruins of the Forum of Philippi, the Christian Basilicas, the “Prison of Paul” and the Theater. Day 05: Kalambaka – Delphi – Athens Breakfast then to Delphi, walk on the Sacred Way to see the Athenian Treasury, the Temple of Apollo, and the Theater. Also, visit the Museum with its splendid collection, including the Sphinx of the Naxians, the Silver Bull, the Column of the Dancers, the “Omphalos” and the 5th century B.C. bronze “Charioteer”. Day 06: Athens (City tour) After breakfast visit Acropolis, to see the Propylea, the Erechteum and the Parthenon. Visit Mars Hill, where Paul delivered his speech on the “Unknown God”. View the Agora, where Paul preached to the skeptical Athenians. Also the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Temple of Zeus, the Old Olympic Stadium and the Neoclassical Buildings of Athens. Day 07: Athens Corinth – Athens Today, you start your trip to Ancient Corinth, where Paul met Aquilla and Priscilla and spent a year and a half preaching the Word of God. Visit the Archaeological Museum, the Forum, the Temples and the famous Bema, where Paul stood before Gallio, accused by the Jews of Corinth. Then, drive to Cenchreae, the little harbour Paul sailed back to Asia from, thus ending his secondary missionary journey. Back to Athens for dinner and overnight. B D

After breakfast depart for Veria (Beroea), visit the monument dedicated to Paul; view the Bema where Paul stood and preached to the people of Veria. Continue for Thessaloniki. Paul wrote two epistles to the ancient Thessalonians. Visit St. Demetrios Church with valuable mosaics and frescoes, the monastery of Vlatadon where Paul was accommodated while in Thessaloniki. Dinner and overnight in Thessaloniki. B D

Day 02: Athens Upon arrival in Athens, you will be met by your Key Tours representative. Transfer to your hotel, rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Athens. D

Day 03: Athens – Ancient Corinth – Athens Breakfast, visit the Acropolis, the Erectheum and the Propylaea and Mars Hill where Paul spoke to the ancient Athenians, view of the ancient Agora, Temple of Olympian Zeus and Adrian’s Arch. Day 05: Thessaloniki – Kavala – Phillippi – Thessaloniki Enjoy breakfast then visit Kavala (ancient Neapolis), continue to Philippi, It was here that Paul won his first European convert, a woman named Lydia. Visit the Marketplace (where Paul and Silas were brought before the rulers), the Cistern which tradition identifies as the place where Apostle. Paul was imprisoned. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. B D


Day 06: Thessaloniki – Meteora – Kalambaka Onto the Meteora Monasteries, perched upon the summits of gigantic rocks, which have been etched into a variety of unusual shapes. The monastic history of Meteora goes back to the 11th century A.D. The varioous Monastries of Meteora have excellent examples of Byzantine art, and rare editions and manuscripts. Overnight in Kalambaka. B D

Day 09: Kusadasi (Ephesus) – Patmos Arrive in Kusadasi, optional tour to Ephessus. View masterpieces such as the Magnesian Gate and the Library of Celsius and the Great Amphitheater, where Paul spoke to the Ephesians. Next port, the island of Patmos; it was here in Patmos that John the Divine, while in exile, wrote the Apocalyptic Revelations. An optional tour takes us up to the monastery of St. John. B L D
