ON THE COVER FIRST LOOK AT “FIRST WIVES” Chicago theatergoers are in for a treat this week, as they get a chance to check out a highly anticipated new musical before it heads to Broadway. Rooted in warmhearted sisterly friendship, love and hilarious revenge plotting, First Wives Club: The Musical is based on the 1996 film and boasts both an unbelievable creative team – including TV veteran Linda Bloodworth Thomason (“Designing Women”) and the legendary Motown songwriting trio of Holland-DozierHolland – and a bevy of original music and classic hits (“Reach Out, I’ll Be There,” “Stop!
