But for thousands of comic and sci-fi fans, there’s no place they’d rather be than among their fellow devotees and amid all things geek at the massive annual Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo – better known as C2E2. This three-day weekend is truly a paradise for pop culture aficionados, with dozens of panel discussions on topics ranging from cosplay makeup tips to breaking into screenwriting, a host of celebrity appearances by the likes of CM Punk, John Cusack and Edward James Olmos, and a show floor full of interactive fun.
