Guess what? Your uncle won. In fact, you’d be hard-pressed to find a culinary trend, budding industry or cultural movement that has gained more momentum over the past decade than craft beer, which is why beer lovers will once again be out in force for Chicago Craft Beer Week. This 10-day citywide celebration is once again a major civic happening in this, its seventh incarnation, with another schedule packed with tastings, tours, cruises and more, all clearly focused on the Chicago area’s great local brewers.
