My inclination towards design any project depends on surrounding world by inspiration as I am keen to recognize new trend in field. I have experienced plenty hard-work in design studios and I have completed my dream. I have been exposed to forming spaces, construction details, actual site exploration ,case studies, study tours, and prospectus of this field during my education. To my perception every new idea starts with trial and error methods so creativity has no boundaries hence I would never stop my self thinking until I get satisfaction for my vision, in addition, I reckon that I must struggle in deriving final output till execution of it.

SOLAR ENERGY RESEARCH CENTER

Site area Site location purpose of design

: 19700 SQM : Dholera, Gujarat, India : Research center

Brief “In case of India fights to raising fuel demand, threats to energy security and the impacts of climate change, renewable energy offers a critical solution. The project fullfils research ,training, awareness purposes of renewable energy implementation. Incentives of sustainability are delivered in design of project rather than using only aesthetics.”

Site surrounding-

Site is proposed on government land which has proposal of solar park, site is surrounded by two roads site is situated in agriculture and tourism resorts zone so it will get more spaces.

Surrounding of site has less density area and height regulated to G+1 and G+2 so it get widely openness. Approach of sustainability is taken to the city and will regulated by sustainable measure future urban sprawl and road size is provided between 18 to 250 m hierarchy so it will also capable to attend more traffic.

As time passed, demands for residential is increased and area is dominated by residential zone, as a result employability rate compromises in near future,thus it is only solution is creating commercial development ”

For better commercial places, large extent of commercial shops, office that will be excessed for affordable price and provide such area that freely connected to the customers. Provide a public plaza where people can rest, pass their leisure time, opportunity to eat ,drink as well as shopping. People get to know the new trend in business and what kind of method that get more income and raising funds. Most people of navarang pura area are job employers and business person so they are living temporary in the town so there is will be become of strong network of big to small investor.

Come nearer high investor and low investor companies to similar progress of educated professionals.

StrengthCentral Business District is proposed by government adjacent to riverfront side . so prospectus of population and professionals will be in near future. It will feature steps of benefits for my proposal.

Spaces -

Programme is consisted by covering all commercial facilities like private office, corporate offices, trading additionally recreational facilities attracts people to move around in the building.

Design Idea is to create open plaza in front of building and which is connected by shopping streets play a role of entrance. Building is divided in tree section by two narrow atrium. Voids also provided between office spaces that punch volumes from terrace catch sun light lead to internal office spaces.

Brief “Exercise is given to understand space design and requirement for professional. the space is designed according to the requirements of painter in which design deal with various moods of paintings that based on rigorous process of painter to carve imagination into canvas. Spaces arranged by using every glimpse of lifestyle of painter. In this project family requirement and future needs of spaces and design pattern is derived by keeping in mind of various moods of painter. ”

Site located in residential zone with good access of domestic facilities and it falls on corner site plot so it is open from three side.

Design developmentFinal outcome is from efforts of preliminary designs form evolved gradually with constraints of site afterwards main focus of south west part of elevation takes some staggering.

Taking advantages of three sides spill out spaces faces, living room is double heightened one can feels vast spaces and this connected directly to painter studio comes on ground floor. All margin side covered with greeneries and lawns with sitting space so these spaces adds more cinematic views.
