School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts Cap Esterias, Gabon Phase : Preliminary Planning +Final Design Missions: *Participate in the Preliminary Planning *Participate in the Detail Desing Studies and the coordination with the various stakeholders of the project *Modeling of the digital model Architecture *3D Picture + Video (Modeling +Render)

This

project is an extension of a tourism

school in Cap Esterias, indeed a first part of the initial project has already been built including educational buildings (3 storeys), an auditorium, an administration, while a second part has not yet been built including the dormitories and a rectorate, during my experience in this agency we were asked to start preparing the extension file including a 500-person auditorium, an 800-person

auditorium,

two

educational

buildings (4 storeys)

6

7

The functional program has been changed compared to the initial program,in the new auditorium we have been asked to add four offices and a new level including translation boxes that overlook the amphitheater, and a press office.

First

of all, we started by checking the fire safety rules since because the new

amphitheatres have a higher capacity compared to the first auditorium (already built), we were asked to design the new buildings respecting the same architectural language of the ‘existing buildings. Inside we tried to improve the functional side by widening the width of the circulation in the stands and the clearances and increasing the height of the steps of the stand.

8

9

During the design phase of the educational building we worked with the same methodology, we started by analyzing the functional program, where we were indebted to add another level comprising 22 classrooms compared to the initial program according to the client’s recommendations. . Then we started to calculate the project workforce in order to prepare all the necessary fire safety recommendations and plan the width of suitable traffic and clearances since the first sketch.

Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank Ashgabat, Türkmenistan Phase :Final Design Professional Internship

Missions:

*Participate in the Detail Desing Studie

*Modeling of the digital model architecture and structure

* Coordination with the structural engineer

The work on this bank was in collaboration with a team from Bouygues construction where I participated in the development of the digital model of this building with Revit to have the different quantities needed, also to work on the execution file.

Fourth Floor Plan

During my experience with this agency, we worked on a model shared between all the team, to facilitate collaboration between the various stakeholders in the project. First of

all we fixed and corrected

the vertical movements of the project according to the fire safety regulations of Turkmenistan.

Court of First Instance Manouba, Tunis, Tunisia Phase : Preliminary Planning Professional Internship

17

We drew a background perspective

through

a

straight and transparent axis that starts from the beginning of the project until the end. A

sharp

symbolize

axis

which

rigor

and

justice. It defines the line of symmetry of the project, so the space is balanced with respect to this axis, generally

recalling

the

equality of justice . The main facade of the project is pushed towards the back to create a welcoming forecourt effect, leaving two masses on the right and left.

Public judges Detaines Since our first sketches the first concern of the whole team that worked on this project was that the different circuits never intersect. Among the constraints of this project we can also mention that the number of elevators was limited in the competition statement.

18

19

During our design of the project we took into account the fire safety rules from the sketch phase, that’s why we planned a path of circulation of the fire truck outside the project, we also ensured an independent

entrance

for

police vehicles transporting detainees.

The architectural language adopted aims to harmonize modernity and the typical Tunisian style through a contemporary interpretation of geometric shapes and classic architectural elements, namely arches, moucharabiés and the sobriety of the exterior facades compared to those inside.

Urban development of Bingerville district Abidjan, Ivory Coast Phase :Feasibility study

Missions:

*Participate in the design of urban plan

* participate in the Modeling of the digital model and 3d rendering

23

The main idea is to create a green corridor in the middle of the district which divides it and constitutes a structuring axis where one we can find around it 9 storey residences, 7 storey residences, a Mall, two towers, schools and a square.

Nowadays, many people prefer to rest and get away from it all in nature, groups of hikers go to discover new places in the middle of nature and beautiful landscapes.

Cottage of Ghezzela

This leads us to think that, perhaps, this form of visits could be a good alternative to Tunisian tourism.

Bizerte, Tunisia Bizerte presents itself as one of the Tunisian regions which is characterized by a wonderful natural potential which remains unexploited, unprotected and sometimes Phase : Preliminary Planning

degraded among other things the village of Ghezala which is a point of convergence of various visit circuits but which suffer from a delicate socio-economic situation. This lets us think of a project in Ghezala which will be our area of intervention in order to highlight its various assets whether natural, cultural and historical by creating a new rural tourism activity in the region , by establishing a dynamic and a exchange between visitors and residents.

28

29

The idea was to create a path for hikers and tourists that start from the center of the village and end with the forest part ... This is why we proposed to create kiosks for the sale of local products and traditional dishes, in the middle of the road we proposed to create a cottage near a series of abandoned farms at the end. of the road we designed the accommodation

part

which

consists of a set of cabins overlooking a lagoon ...

One of the rules of the PLU of the municipality of Stains is to respect the same architectural language of this area, this is why we chose to treat the facades with decorative bricks in a red tone and slate cladding to ensure integration with the other facades of neighbors.

enjoy small enveloping and intimate spaces. * work on the technical details of the project

During the work on the Building Permit we have identified the trees that will be removed The floor area ratio of this district allows us to build only 170 m² , during our study of the

the existing landscape in the neighborhood., a landscape analysis was necessary during

this phase in order to have an idea on all the types of vegetations of this district. With the choice of the materials, colors employed, as well by the lightness of its volumetry, the project integrates into its environment in harmonious way which does not touch the existing landscape and preserves the monumental perspectives.
