Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught to love, kindness, forgiveness to his people and most beautiful example of all of them. Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is the finest example of a perfect man in all aspects of life for everyone. Muhammad (SAW) lived his life according to Quran as ALLAH mentioned in Quran.
There is number of instances that show kindness and forgiveness of Holy Prophet (PBUH) especially to poor and weak. A Man Of Kindness And Generosity: There are many narrations which give a glimpse of his firm connection with society in which he lived. Anas, who was his helper, said ‘I served Prophet 10 years and he never said anything to me’. Holy Prophet (SAW) never turn away any needy man from door empty-handed. God Almighty is kind and like kindness in all things. Anas bin Malik says whenever Prophet (SAW) missed one of his companion for a period of three days. He used to inquire, would pray for him and if he happened to ill, would pay him visit. Such supreme examples of kindness and generosity helped to build a strong society and spread the love. Holy Prophet (SAW) Forgiveness: Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) was very forgiving even he didn’t say anything to his enemies.
One old woman had a habit of throwing rubbish on Prophet (SAW) whenever he passed from her house. Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) pass that house daily on way to a mosque and pass silently without showing anger. One day old women were not there, Prophet (SAW) asked neighbors about her well-being. The Prophet (SAW) asked permission, women thought he had come there for revenge. But Prophet (SAW) assured her, not to take revenge but to look after her needs. The old women were greatly moved and accepted Islam at once. From a life of Holy Prophet (PBUH), we need to learn forgiveness and kindness. We have to forgive enemies in this way our society could become a place of peace.
