‘The Laaltain’ is a bilingual youth magazine featuring culture and society, current affairs, youth activism, and other issues relevant to the youth of Pakistan. Dedicated to progressive ideas and spirited debate, The Laaltain celebrates the rich diversity of Pakistan and its people through literary and visual means. The magazine is an initiative of the youth movement Khudi, which works to build awareness and support for democratic values within society. The Laaltain was established by Khudi activists as a platform through which Pakistani youth from all walks of life could communicate, share their stories and express their views in an environment of constructive debate.
