Shock, jubilation, restlessness, elation, uncontrollable sobbing, confusion and a touch of road rage were witnessed today at Kiama’s picturesque Black Beach, with the announcement that the KISS Arts Fest is returning on 27-29 April for its seventh glorious year. Dave Evans, one of the founders of this free family-friendly festival of interactive art, street performances, comedy, music and general weirdness, said that the event had grown a lot from just one tent set up in Hindmarsh Park.
