Course overview:

TAFE NSW, in collaboration with Silverdale Academy, is proud to offer the Statement of Attainment for Emerging Leaders in the Equine Industry. This course has been developed to address leadership priorities, communication and team dynamics in the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.

This course is a face-to-face workshops program supported by webinar tutorials, providing opportunity for discovery, interaction, reflection and mastery in supervision and leadership.

Workshop description:

The dynamics within a horse herd and a workplace team share some interesting parallels, as well as some key differences. Join us and explore them.

Understanding these similarities and differences can be valuable for leaders and team members alike. By recognising the instinctive behaviours that influence group dynamics, we can develop strategies to build trust, improve communication, and foster a more collaborative and productive work environment.
