Grant Funds Upgrade to Saratoga Water System By Jo Anne Malpass The Columbia Shuswap Regional District has announced it will receive up to $1.486 million from the Federal Gas Tax Fund to upgrade the Saratoga Water System in Scotch Creek. Upgrades to the Saratoga intake pumps, treatment components, as well as an increased reservoir storage are necessary to accommodate the connection of the CIRVP. The project will include two new high lift submersible lake pumps, one new UV
