“Top decor” é il meglio che si possa trovare per la copertura delle torte. Di colore bianco e dal gradevole profumo di vaniglia è un prodotto innovativo ed estremamente elastico. Si può stendere con estrema facilità fino a spessori inferiori al millimetro, a mano o tramite sfogliatrice. Ideato per sopportare variazioni di temperatura senza alterarsi, non trasuda umidità ne si crepa; inoltre a basse temperature non indurisce. Topdecor puo’ essere colorato utilizzando i colori idrosolubili Pavoni. “Top Decor” is the best you can find to covering cakes. It is white and has a pleasant vanilla scent. It is an innovative and extremely flexible product. You can easily roll it out up to less than 1mm thick by using a rolling pin or a sheeter. It is made to withstand temperature changes with no alteration and does not exude neither moisture or cracks. Furthermore, it does not harden even at low temperatures. Topdecor can be colored by using watersoluble Pavoni food colourings.

Ecotab Pasta di zucchero per coperture e modellaggio Sugar paste for cakes modeling and covering “Decotab” è una pasta estremamente malleabile. Viene utilizzato per la copertura delle torte, steso a mano o con sfogliatrice fino a spessori di 1 mm. Il burro di cacao contenuto in “Decotab” lo rende al tempo stesso una pasta ideale anche per la realizzazione di soggetti e decorazioni come fiori e foglie. “Decotab” è di colore bianco con un leggero aroma di mandorla e se necessario può essere facilmente colorato utilizzando i colori idrosolubili Pavoni. “Decotab” is a very malleable paste. Roll it out with a rolling pin or a sheeter up to 1-mm thick and it can be used to cover cakes. The cocoa butter content of “Decotab” makes this product useful as an ideal paste for the realization of subjects and decorations like flowers and leaves. Decotab is white coloured with an almond hint and it can be also easily coloured by using the water-soluble Pavoni food colourings.
