The Brehon • K BE PRO THERAPY

Every injury, ache or pain is different At BE Pro Therapy our therapists work closely together on each individual so that we can combine different therapies where necessary to gain the most successful treatment protocol in the quickest time possible. Chiropractors focus on paying attention to the biomechanics of the spine and joints and manipulate the spine by making adjustments to put the spine back into alignment. If the spine is in proper alignment, the body will be able to heal itself.

Osteopathy is a whole-body treatment that centers around the principle that to achieve general well-being, all the bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue in our bodies must work together. Both treatments share many similarities, and the difference between the two can often come down to the individual practitioner. No one profession is better than the other, and all are highly effective for treating common complaints such as neck and back pain. Whichever form of therapy you choose is a personal choice.

BUTEYKO PROFESSIONALS INTERNATIONAL

How Buteyko can help you Qualified Buteyko practioner, Daniel Cremin, offers advice on this doctor-developed all-natural approach. Imagine the life possibilities with fewer asthma attacks. Imagine the life possibilities when you can handle stress/ anxiety better. Imagine the life possibilities if you get a great night’s sleep and wake up fully rested. Buteyko uses no medication, supplements or devices, no drugs just breathing exercises. Hyperventilation or over breathing is linked with asthma, anxiety, allergies, snoring, sleepy apnoea, high mucus levels, phlegm and other respiratory problems. Daniel is offering a Buteyko Breathing Technique Course on February 27 at 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Daniel likes to emphasise that this course is all about bringing into play what you already have yourself. He emphasises that we all have an inbuilt mechanism that helps us deal with most ailments through breathing properly. Sleep is a healing, renewing process when we breath correctly. Sleep is free, unless you breathe correctly you cannot sleep correctly. It is the same

with stress and when we focus on our breathing we focus on our healing in so many areas of our life. In this workshop Daniel will tailor his class to your specific needs. Basically he stands in front of the group and will very simply explain what proper breathing really is. As simple as that. Poor circulation of the hands and feet is also something that many people suffer from and Daniel would like to add that Buteyko breathing technique can overcome this very common complaint. So, why not go along and focus on your breathing.
