The influence of pearls is far reaching and extends beyond jewelry into accessories, fashion, cosmetics, even home decor. In the pearl community we refer to pearls as having heritage. Few, if any, gems date back to the time of queens and kings and the elite society who adorned them.

This doesn’t require spending hours following every runway show and fashion blogger. Press like JCK provides overviews of fashion trends as does most mainstream news media. Read those summary reports and bring that knowledge into in-store conversations with customers–share this with your entire team.
