becan communications is a fast expanding company and is fully registered under Kenyan laws. The Direc-tors are visionaries who have great experience in soft skills training. Soft skills training focuses on vital workplace skills like communication, team building, conflict resolution, problem solving, self-awareness, decision-making, motivation, emotional intelligence, critical thinking and positive interpersonal interac-tions. An organization would be very effective if all leaders, managers and employees understood how to com-municate effectively; could deal with their own and each other’s emotions; could motivate their employ-ees and had the ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships. An organization will not be successful if all people focus on are the technical skills. Soft skills are a must for all organizations that look to grow and become a success. eth has expertise in Training Consultancy, Customer Service training, Performance Management, Capacity Building, Personal Effectiveness, People Skills, Communication and Team Building. She started on her career path seven years ago when she joined Safaricom Ltd in the dynamic customer service department where her passion for excellent customer service was developed and nurtured. She later joined the Learning and Development department as a trainer in new products and systems. Being a trained teacher she enjoyed training and learning new skills of training. She attended specialized courses at the British Council which included Coaching and Men-toring. She rose through the career ladder to become a Quality Analyst where she ensured Safaricom’s clients received the best quality of service as per the laid down ISO procedures. She later ventured out to pursue her passion in Training .

Albert Mwaura

Director, Business Development

A

lbert is a Lead Consultant in Performance and Quality Management with seven years experience. His expertise spans around Performance Monitor-ing and Management, Quality Management, Train-ing, Mentoring, Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. As a Senior Network Radio Engineer, he has been involved in various projects including Department set ups, trainings, Key Performance Indicators set up & Monitoring for new & existing network equip-ment. While in the department, he has been in-strumental in developing software and overseeing the implementation of the same. Albert has BSc (Telecommunications) - KU. He also has various technical trainings in 2G, 3G and Radio Network from South Africa, Israel and China.
