And, speaking of the best…two of this year’s Learning! 100 winners share some of their L&D best practices, as well as key insights into their training challenges and how they’ve been able to overcome them. In the feature, “New York Life Is Fit for the Future” (see page 37), the 175-year-old company explains how its Learning Exchange (LEx) platform not only addresses its need to build new capabilities, but also how LEx supports its core strengths. Another top Learning! 100 honoree, Vi, reveals its own learning success story to show L&D managers how to use key performance indicators to measure the impact of their learning strategy in “How Vi Proves the Business Impact of Learning” (see page 41).
Elearning! Magazine is excited to announce its inaugural Rising Star Award, which recognizes newer brands that have achieved multiple Best of Elearning! honors. The Rising Star Award for 2019 goes to Adobe Captivate Prime. Find out more in the feature, “Star Power Learning,” beginning on page 32.
Lastly, Metaari’s Sam Adkins touches on two of the hottest trending topics right now: A.I.-based Learning and Educational Bots. In “A.I.-based Learning Market Watch” (see page 45), Adkins discusses how the spike in private investment is going to A.I.-based Learning companies, which is one of eight catalysts identified in Metaari’s latest report. Turning his attention to “The Rapid Global Adoption of Education Bots” (see page 13), Adkins draws insights from Mataari’s latest study, in which he reveals the global Educational Bot market will reach a robust five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35.6%.
It’s clear that 2019 has yielded some truly inspiring success stories in the learning technology space. Congratulations to this year’s Best of Elearning! honorees for your outstanding contributions! We all look forward to seeing what products and solutions you’ll be introducing in 2020.
