Born and raised in Mt. Vernon, NY aka $Earnin. I'm a God-fearing, Entrepreneurial Woman, based in Maryland for over 20yrs. I am blessed to have two young men in my life; 22 and 16yrs old. My 22yrd old is a certified chef and cut the apron string at 21, to live on his own, in NC. My 16yr old gets a basketball in his hands, and it becomes magical, not to mention he's of intellect. I'd been a single-parent for 16yrs and nothing about my journey would I ever change. Yes, it was rough, it was frustrating and at times I really didn't think I would make it, however,8knowing what I know, today, I most, definitely would not change all that I've learned and all that I've become, which is not the same me from...yesterday. Wink I once lost a job and my home both, in one day. I went from sleeping in a 3-bdrm, split-foyer home to sleeping in my mitsubishi, in a target parking lot, underneath a street light. {No body told me the road would be easy, I don't believe He's brought me this far to leave me}.
