New Wellington pavilion facility Cricket & tennis season good in spite of variable weather Rugby – improving season Hockey season – girls and boys very strong (county champions). 3 girls teams at regionals and 2 boys • Netball – growing strength with real potential with younger girls • Minor sports – Rhythmic Gym National champions, dance, sailing, fencing, basketball, etc. • Duke of Edinburgh record numbers with over 140 in the 4th year joining!

Priorities for 2015/6 • Implementing A level reform from Sept 2015 • Mobile IT devices (1:1) • Focus on student learning via lead learners and digital learners • Academic student tracking using value added data • Sports provision – link with SWAC • Preparing for the construction of the new Theatre, Art Department and Concourse
Key developments Teaching and Learning • Student tracking via iSAMS using value added data (MiDYIS, Yellis and Alis) • Enhanced focus on pupil learning, linked to 1:1, through work of Assistant Director of Studies (Learning), the Learning Circle, Lead Learners and Teaching & Learning Group Extended Project – • Embedding careers education expansion Morrisby tests for all 4th years, 2nd year tests for all and expanded contact in Lower School
