For the faithful work of Leslie and Chris Thomas, who planted our church grouping.

For God’s people to see what the Father is doing and follow Jesus instead of their own bright ideas.

For the Lord’s direction in raising up new leadership in the churches.

Discipleship training courses to release the body of Christ into their callings and to reach out to the unsaved.

Our new relationship with Kingfisher bringing encouragement and clarity.

For unity in the body of Christ.

Wisdom for the leadership team in a time of change.

To see more of the Lord’s supernatural presence among us.

A growing desire amongst the Fellowship of the King churches to see a new move of God in Spain and more people being saved.

With increasing moral decay in the nation, for the small evangelical church to be a light bringing hope to the needy.

New people coming in to reach out in Granada and clarity for the way forward in Almunecar.

That the Lord would “enlarge our territory” – our sphere of influence.

For continued freedom of speech for Christians (presently under threat).

A new level of commitment to Jesus and His word.

Growth through more conversions.

For increased hunger for God.

An increase in faith to receive healing.

Some Dumagat children and their families are now faithful in serving the Lord because of God’s presence in their lives.

The Dumagat children studying in both Sibug and Bulak school are doing extremely well and the toilet/ kitchen is now ready to use.

Our government is preparing for a National ID system and approval of the SOGIE bill (sexual orientation gender information expression). The bill will allow same sex marriage.

For God to extend his mercy and faithfulness towards his workers especially Pastor Joven (church pastor of the Dumagat children in Sibug) who is battling cancer of the spine and is now bed bound.

God’s peace and comfort be upon him and his family.

To establish a Church building in Bulak and at the land donated to us in Pantay. And that the settlement houses in Sibug for the DEP students be established.

The Dumagat now have enough ginger seeds to plant this year so they can sell their crop next year to generate income for each family.

Filipinos voted for their local leaders this month. Pray for God’s guidance to our new leaders.

For the church to continue helping the poor, needy and isolated members of the community.

We aim to reach 200 souls next year and see them transformed into true disciples of Christ.

Help us pray for the church to stand for what is right in the sight of God.

To reach out to the next village in the mountain.

The place is called Mapidya.

The building of the Mission House is still ongoing and we can see God’s hand in this project.

Eight new churches have been planted this year. Two in New Delhi, four in Punjab and two in Uttarpradesh.

Our churches in India are facing lot of persecution. Recently our church in Delhi was attacked by a nationalist belonging to BJP (India’s largest political party).

Jesus said unless these people see signs and wonders they will by no means believe.

Please pray for boldness in our ministry and for God to stretch forth his hands to signs and wonders in name of His Holy child Jesus.

For the transformation of Delhi through prayer and preaching.

Twenty more families have been added to our Delhi Church.

We have government elections in 2019.

Please pray for Congress headed by Rahul Gandhi to come in in power.

We have recently shifted to the YWCA for church services though it is expensive but we believe that the Lord shall provide.

To organise a 24 hour prayer chain.

In all, Kingfisher family churches in India have grown by 40%.

For India to have a born again Prime Minister.

More people to get saved in our evangelistic meetings.

We are believing for a mighty out pouring of the Holy Spirit.

70 families were baptised.

For love and unity to be in our churches.

That we are free to worship and practice and share our faith even though Macau is part of China already.

That local Filipino churches will continue to unite and help one another to spread the good news.

The church anniversary will serve as a challenge for all to continue to serve the Lord in the ministry entrusted to each one.

We will have a new ministry open in another island of Macau this year.

We will be having our 6th anniversary of our local church on July 15, pray that God will use this celebration to help us focus and grow deeper as a church in Macau in terms of maturity and relationships.

That the Chinese community will also be reached out to through local Chinese christians and that christian Filipinos who can communicate their dialect can also be used to reach out to the Chinese community.

Maturity of leaders in the church. That the Lord will raise up leaders, musicians, teachers, pastors and missionaries to help within the local congregation.

We will go to Hong Kong and open up a fellowship that we can support.

For connections that we are enjoying now with different christian churches, helping and building each other with common goal of reaching the lost.

That the rental needed for maintenance of the worship center be met on a monthly basis. That pastors and key leaders will have sufficient support financially.

Church growth for all Christian churches in Macau.

For souls that are being added in the church and raising leaders.

Unity in the church as we grow deeper together in Word and fellowship.

The ordination of brother Andrew at our centre, and that of other pastors has caused a tremendous transformation in the way how they are ministering now as compared to their past status. They have become great inspirers to others who are coming into leadership and ministerial roles.

The country is experiencing severe drought and an invasion of Fall Army worms. The Government is heavily burdened to find ways of assisting the victimized families/households.

Please stand with us in prayers for this.

For our ministers, leaders and pastors that they should continue working hard in the Lord. Pray that they should not become burnt out in preaching the gospel and teaching the word of God wherever the need be.

For our newly established churches to build their praying buildings to gather in. Most of our churches gather under trees, and this is a problem during rain seasons and hot seasons. Many churches have bricks, but are lacking iron sheets, so they need funds to buy these.

The teachings of the Kingfisher leadership training school are encouraging leaders to be active, motivated and hard working.

For help/relief from diseases like cholera, cervical cancer, malaria and HIV/AIDS which are claiming many lives.

Pray that this year God should open wider doors for taking the gospel into the unreached places, and that more new churches should be planted.

We are believing God to send us more workers into His harvest field.

Thank God for His grace that we have experienced within this period of time when the church is growing and spreading to other districts and regions.

There’s very little medicine in most of Government hospitals so those who can’t afford private hospitals are more likely to lose their lives.

Pray also that we should train as many leaders as possible this year so that our churches should not be in lack of equipped leaders/pastors.

We are believing God for enough teaching materials, dedicated teachers etc. for our Leadership Bible School.

We have used many of the Kingfisher teachings materials which has caused pastors and leaders to work more effectively. Many new churches have been planted in Mozambique as a result.

For God to intervene so that there shall be access to preaching the word as well as planting Churches.

This has been a problem due to unceasing wars, and a lack of enough workers.

For the restoring of the damaged roof at the multipurpose centre in Mauza. We will be transporting timbers across the border of Mozambique to finish this project very soon.

We anticipate growth in all our varied projects, being ministerial, social or otherwise.

There has been an increase in standard of unity among the Kingfisher pastors/ leaders because of the effectiveness of the Kingfisher teaching materials.

For civil wars to end.

Pastors and leaders in Mozambique are restricted in ministering due to war break-outs and violence.

Pray that the centre should soon be in a position to start serving the communities and church in many ways again and that many lives should be saved through this building.

That should God reveal something during this day of prayer that we will be faithful and take necessary actions.

For the 100 bibles and mosquito nets provided from the Harvest appeal.

Many lives have been saved and changed because of this.

That God will set our limits, not ourselves.

Kingfisher is reaching more and more people who struggle with mental health issues, drug abuse issues and learning disabilities through its very effective outreach programs, such as Celebrate Recovery, its newly-launched church Kingfisher Westgate, and its partnership with the social enterprise, Treasure Seekers.

Violence is on the rise in our cities, with knife crime and gangs on the increase. With the lack of services due to budget cuts, many people lack the support and help that they need. There are rising social and religious tensions in our towns and cities, with no clear strategy for dealing with them.

The Lord has called us to be at the centre of society, bringing and encouraging societal change. We need increasing amounts of wisdom to know how to remain ‘in the world’, but not ‘of the world’ as we seek to be increasingly relevant in our very secular society but distinctively Christcentred.

That the work of Kingfisher, both in the UK and around the world would be supported financially in a way that honours God and opens the doors to the many opportunities that are before us.

Pentecostalism has grown from 221,000 in1980 to 298,000 in 2015. One in six young people now in the UK are practicing Christians.

The country is increasingly divided, with an air of uncertainty over Brexit during the negotiations with the EU.

For us to see many more people come to know the Lord, and grow as fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ and for many to hear and answer the call to serve the Lord.

That we will come to understand and exercise our spiritual authority, live in the reality of Jubilee and engage meaningfully in spiritual warfare.

As this nation turns away from the church, it is going its own way, morally and spiritually.

We are blessed with great worship here at Kingfisher, but need to recapture a freedom and joy as we worship the Lord.

That we will see 100 people come to faith in Jesus Christ through the ministry of the church in the UK this year.
