PROJECT.
1. ANY AREA DISTURBED ON WHICH ACTIVITY HAS CEASED MUST BE STABILIZED IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBED AREAS WHICH ARE NOT AT FINISHED GRADE AND WHICH WILL BE RE-DISTURBED WITHIN 1 YEAR MAY BE STABILIZED
WITH A QUICK
GROWING TEMPORARY SEEDING MIXTURE AND MULCH. DISTURBED AREA WHICH ARE EITHER AT FINISHED GRADE OR WILL NOT BE RE-DISTURBED WITHIN 1 YEAR SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH A PERMANENT SEED MIXTURE AND MULCH.
CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN UPON RECEIPT OF ALL REQUIRED PERMITS.
2. CHANNELS AND STOCKPILES MUST BE STABILIZED IMMEDIATELY. 3. AS SOON AS GROUND HAS BEEN PROPERLY PREPARED, SOW GRASS AT THE RATE
PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION, CONFIRM THE LOCATION

FT. CELLULOSE FIBER. ASPHALT EMULSION ANCHORING IS NOT PERMITTED.
FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY EXISTING OR PROPOSED SWALES. CULVERT PIPE AND BERM SHALL BE UTILIZED AS NECESSARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED DETAILS WHERE CROSSING DRAINAGE SWALE IS REQUIRED FOR ACCESS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION AND SUBMISSION OF THE LOCATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES TO THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
