Students gaining experience in a professional kitchen environment

These courses combine English with a general introduction to Tourism and/or Hospitality. Students can follow either course individually or both courses consecutively.

Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) These courses are run in partnership with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality, one of the world’s leading hospitality and tourism professional bodies. CTH has agreements with many prestigious UK universities and hotel schools including Les Roches and Glion in Switzerland. Kings Bournemouth is an accredited Delivery Centre for CTH programmes.
