I’m a student at university but when I find a job I think it’ll be useful if I speak English, and I need some certification. I decided to do the FCE course because it’s covers all skills — I can practise every part.

Shuko Yamazaki from Japan

To support the other information their teacher collects, they are given a regular one-to-one tutorial, in which they will discuss their learning and other aspects of the course with the teacher. Students are also given a number of opportunities to complete mock examinations under simulated exam conditions. The results of these mock exams will be used to help them improve in specific areas.

I don’t want to study in the UK, so I don’t need IELTS, but I wanted to take an exam so I thought that the FCE was best. Maybe for a future job it would be useful. I think the teachers are great — when you are in class, you can speak, it’s a really nice atmosphere.
