HEALTH & FITNESS

PICKING A PURPOSE

When I started my fitness journey it was not my intention to become a personal trainer. I wanted to lose the extra weight I was carrying after breaking my leg in football, and help me adjust my mindset plus making my son proud. I discovered along the way that I had found my calling or you could say purpose in life! I wanted to helps others achieve their goals and realise their purpose both physically and in other areas of their life, to help them gain or regain confidence, surpass what they thought was their limit and give them a passion and motivation to achieve anything.

Fitness is not just about what you eat and how you train, it’s also about psychological and social mindsets, making life changing decisions, cutting out things in your life that are pulling you down or keeping you in destructive cycles. One of the most powerful things we can do as humans is to have a dream, a vision, an idea in our brain and making it a reality. I realised my dream in setting up Destiny Performance a reality so if you want me and the team to make you the best version of you and help your dreams become reality contact us today

If you want to be the best version of you with a personal lifestyle plan from Destiny Performance then contact us on 07802 754175 or email Andywebb@destinyperformance.co.uk Facebook @DestinyPerformance Instagram @destinyperformance 50% off consultation when mentioning Carnah Publications.
