The Honorable Mark J. Bennett of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Law Clerk
dleonard@grayreed.com BA, University of Texas JD, University of Texas School of Law “I am a trial lawyer who advocates for clients and helps them solve complicated business problems. I represent clients across a broad range of industries, mainly arising from contract disputes in the commercial real estate and/or oil and gas industry. My day is usually divided between writing briefs for the court and communications (phone and e-mail) with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel. In ordinary times, my job also involves travel outside of the office for adventures like hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and other meetings.”
