FPC e' un sistema di anticaduta della catena tra la guarnitura e il tubo sella. Come mostrato nelle immagini di pag.1 e 1/A , il dispositivo e' posizionato sotto la vite di fissaggio del deragliatore , per cui e' possibile applicarlo a tutti i telai con deragliatore “a Vite” indipendentemente dal materiale dei telai(carbonio-acciaio-alluminio-etc,) e soprattutto dalla forma o sezione dei tubi sella ( rotondi, aero, ovali,etc,). L'uso di FPC da' notevoli vantaggi perche', impedendo la caduta della catena, evita disagi e perdita di tempo,che nel caso agonistico possono essere determinanti per l'esito di una gara, e conseguentemente evitano il danno o la rottura dei telai nella zona tra la guarnitura e il tubo sella dove la catena caduta, striscia , batte e si incastra. FPC is a system of fall protection chain between chainwheel and seat tube. As shown pag.1 and pag.1/A, the item is placed under the screw of front derailleur and can be applied to all frames regardless of frame material(carbon-steel-alluminium-etc)and all shape or section of seat tube(round-aero-oval-etc). Significant are the benefits of FPC use: avoid loss of time and inconvenience in racing game and prevent demage and breakage of frames in the aera between chainwheel and seat tube where the fall chain strips,beats and grips. FPC viene prodotto in due versioni funzionalmente uguali ma con materiali diversi. CHE CO SA E' IL PR OGETTO “SHIELD”? SHIELD è una nuova soluzione per unire le tubazioni del telaio, in particolare per quelle di acciaio alta gamma. Il sistema shield consiste in particolari elementi RA 1-RA 2-RA 3 che tramite saldobrasatura uniscono le tubazioni del telaio dando i seguenti vantaggi: 1. possibilità di variare le geometrie del telaio secondo le ultime tendenze e necessità 2. il telaio risulta avere delle performance ottimali 3. la necessità di realizzare la lavorazione del telaio al meglio rende il telaio finito particolare e immediatamente riconoscibile come uno dei migliori risultati della tecnologia “made in Italy”
WHAT IS “SHIELD” PROJECT?
SHIELD ils new solution to join frame tubes, in particular steel high range ones. Shield system is composed by particular parts RA1-RA2-RA3, through brazing-welding, joins frame tubes with following advantages: 1. the possibility to change frame geometry according the latest trend and need 2. the frame has perfect performance 3. there is necessity to realize the best frame working: for this reason the finished frame is very particular and immediately represent the highest technology “made in Italy”
