When bringing in your own home-prepared food, you will be required to provide:

• All table coverings, napkins, dishware, eating utensils, food service, warming/cooling dishes, or containers.

• Cleaning the room at the end of the event including, gathering all trash and removing it from the property, vacuuming and stacking chairs within 60 minutes of the event ending.

• Wiping down all food tables.

• $500 refundable cleaning deposit that will be returned following a post-event inspection.

The Sioux City Convention Center will provide:

• Set-up/Final tear-down of all tables and chairs.

• (1) 16x8 2ft Riser stage for a head table.

• Tables and Chairs for all guests, food, and specialty tables.

• Vacuum to clean at the end of the night.

• Heavy Duty trash bags to dispose of all garbage.

• Beverage service (at current published prices) available via a bar or other desired beverage options.

ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SIOUX CITY CONVENTION CENTER. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED IN THE EVENT SPACE WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM THE SIOUX CITY CONVENTION CENTER. Security is required with over 100 people with a dance floor and Bar ($50/hour paid by guest, minimum of 4 hours). 50% of the package price is due at signing with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the scheduled event.

Cuando traiga su propia comida preparada en casa, se le pedirá que proporcione:
