We require at least two years of prior teaching experience for all lead teaching positions. Our elementary classrooms use a co-teaching model in which a partner teacher is paired with a lead teacher; partner teachers have less than two years of teaching experience.

KIPP schools offer an extended school day, week, and year. All teachers receive support at the school and regional level through multiple professional development opportunities. They also have access to KIPP Share powered by BetterLesson, a platform that allows teachers to share amazing lesson plan ideas with their colleagues across the KIPP network.
