1984 KIRCO develops its first office building - Wilshire Plaza.
2002 KIRCO Develops its first medical facility, the 101,330 SF Henry Ford Health System medical center in Clinton Township, MI.
2015 KIRCO’s ‘Bringing Out the Best’ Tagline is developed and instituted.
1962 Mathew Kiriluk suddenly passes away and Alan Kiriluk takes over Kiriluk & Co. chartering a commitment to provide a “Best-In-Class” experience for his customers.
1984 KIRCO Construction is founded to better control project quality, budget performance and schedule commitments.
2006 KIRCO opens a third office in Columbus, Ohio while also developing 4,000,000 square foot CenterPoint Business Park including its largest contiguous building to date (701,808 square feet).
2015 KIRCO Senior Living is founded.
1971 Kiriluk and Co. transitions from the contracting business to real estate brokerage and investments.
1985 KIRCO Management establishes the Mobile Service Technician Program.
2009 CAMPBELL MANIX/KIRCO Construction merge to form KIRCO MANIX Construction.
2017 Hedrick Brothers Construction and KIRCO form Hedrick Kirco Properties, a commercial real estate organization focused on development, construction and management of corporate-driven real estate.
1974 KIRCO is founded!
1990 KIRCO opens a second office in Charlotte, NC.
2011 KIRCO partners with Seavest Investment Group to redevelop the former Visteon Headquarters into a first-class medical outpatient facility for Henry Ford Health System.
2017 KIRCO and Seavest Healthcare Properties form SK Medical Management; a full-service property management firm which delivers outstanding management services for healthcare properties.
1976 KIRCO develops its first project for Sony USA.
1990 KIRCO develops one of its marquee projects, The Columbia Center in Troy, MI.
2015 Cardinal Health is completed and recognized by the Brownfield Redevelopment & Renewal Award, the prestigious Phoenix Award, CAM Special Issue Award, and the CREW Detroit Impact Award.
2017 KIRCO Senior Living’s first project, The Bluffs at Greystone, breaks ground in Birmingham, AL.
1984 KIRCO Management Services is established.
1999 KIRCO begins construction of its first retail development project, the 376,136 square foot Baldwin Commons Retail Center, located in Orion Township, MI.
2015 KIRCO and KIRCO MANIX break ground on the Global Dow Center for the Dow Chemical Company. This is the largest valued project in KIRCO’s history.
2019 KIRCO is named a 2019 winner for Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness and Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Program by the National Association for Business Resources.
