Concept The pace of urban life, information overload, visual and noise pollution, invasive advertising and other external factors constantly overstimulate our senses altering and perception of reality. Nowadays it is difficult to find an evocative space for inspiration, which is not only an aesthetically pleasing site, but also psychologically and emotionally neutral, where it is possible to concentrate, clear the mind, the consciousness and the artistic sensibilities. At the present entertainment is channeled differently, leaving the creativity and introspection in the background. It is a general perception that we don’t have time for art, creation and introspection. According to that problem the solution is to design special space which could help people to determinate the most comfortable type of environment. Design The main goal of every building is to prove its uniqueness, for that purpose I designed an absolutely new type of a structure. Inspiration hotel propose three types of spaces, because the building blends in with the environmet and therefore creates a very calm and at the same time stimulant atmosphere for creative work. Vertical part is divided from the water fall by wall which made with a help of transparent concrete. Furthermore rooms of that part join to the transparent wall which discover excellent view to the underwater world. Horizontal upper part is based on the river and include piers for boats. Lower part consists of lobby, hall, reception. Once found yourself in that place and felt the charming influence of that, so called inspiration hotel, you will never be able to resist its tempating power!

Concept On Earth human population is about 7 billion people. Population density on land is about 40 people per square kilometer, in different locations are quite different. Ma jor cities and metropolitan areas of the planet are heavily overcrowded, some people moving into small towns, villages. The solution to this problem is even dispersal of people across the area of the globe. BUT 70% of the land - water, and another 13% is land not suitable for life. One of these places are the mountains. Design This project could solve the problem of people living in the mountains. The skyscraper consists of three parts the first and third - residential and the public administration between . The shape of the building is free, independent of the shape of the mountain. Floors are based on, outtriggers, which are inserted into the mountain. Residential blocks are connected by special units which consists of elevators, stairways and central heating and electricity equipment. Typical floor has two levels of apartments with elongate pedestrian zone on the first level. Also this project could solve the transport problem through the main building is a road from which there is a congress at the level of parking. The building follows the shape of the relief and does not violate the particular nature and climate of the mountains. Variants of Zig-Zag complexes in the mountains landscape. Skysrapers are connected with cabeleways that uproat transportation links between them. Skyscrapers are interconnected with ma jor highways. Various skyscrapers can perform various functions.

Density of the city surrounding Musuem, as a public sphere by default, should be able to enrich the urban lives of citizens. To make it happen, besides the invarients of the museum, there should be enough surplus to accommodate more possibilities.
JORN MUSEUM 24 | 25 Potential density typologies of the site for museum Aftr the analysis of the urban context, we simulate the typologies of urban texture to explore the texture of the site area. As a result, there are three possibilities consisting of small square elements, which could be transformed into elements.

Concept The purpose of the project was to elaborate a completely new structure with another functional destination. Furthermore it should provide citizens with appropriate number of flats and large public area in the center. The pattern depicts some fluctuations in the existing urban landscape heights. This research graphically shows the requirements to the project and helps to intergrate the new build-up space, linking it with the context. Due to the presence of industrial areas around the region, there was set a general design method. Primary this method recalls the ancient Roman architectural monument Coliseum, which has the stair structure. Therefore buildings on the edges of the district would be the tallest, and the average height should slightly decrease to the center. Such solution isolates the interior space of the region from the background noises and pollution caused by factories and railways.
Urban discontinuity lines (railways, industrial zones )
General Information The patterns and pictures depict characteristic features of the Lihoborka region. The region is divided into two parts by the Lihoborka River. In 1960 the district was designed to provide large manufacturing area. Factories and hostels are the typical instance of a building in this area. Nowadays existing factories are closed, in accordance with new laws. The result is a mixture of different dimension houses and industrial buildings for a narrow range of users: crowded flats and abandoned factories, which became a shelter for homeless people.

Project’s features The main idea of the project is providing a social well-being to the citizens. 4 schools and 6 kindergartens are located on the site. An embankment of the lihoborka river became a core of the area, furthermore creating large open air spaces. On the Eastern part of the river stands a huge two-three storey public building, acting as a pedestrian bridge. Another feature is an enlarged green area, which is composed of two main boulevards, connecting the Northern and the Southern stations, providing pleasant surroundings for train passengers and the locals.

Proposed design
Existing situation EWI building is located on the campus of the Technical University, in Delft. Building stands next to others and forms a corner of the street, right on the edge the main pedestrian and bicycles paths. The building consists of two main volumes: the lower elongated volume and the vertical tower. Considering the limits of the task, I focused my attention on the second volume, 23 stories height tower. It was designed by Van Bruggen, Drexhage, Sterkenburg & Bodon, and constructed in 1969. It has over 90.0 meters of height, served by 5 elevators. The floor-to-floor height is 3.75. The main structure is composite, a steel frame consists of H-shaped columns and beams, the frame is filled with concrete, therefore it makes an impression of a reinforced concrete structure. Concept Before the final design I was thinking about sources of energy. The most popular source of energy in Netherlands is the wind energy, because wind is the characteristic feature of that region. I have studied the principles of the aerodynamics and then i made a research, simulating the reaction of the wind flow with the different architectural shapes and materials.
Custom-made fabric structures are engineered and fabricated to meet worldwide structural, flame retardant, weather-resistant, and natural force requirements. Exploring the reference project, I came up with the idea of a combination of different elements: fabric structure, wind generators and glass. Fabric structure helps me to increase aerodynamic of the building, wind generators would supply building with electricity and glass would help to adjust this structure to the office building. Project During the design stage, I have looked into different types of wind generators. I was searching for light and effective wind generator, with the round supporting contour. I have focused on the SE Wind Tunnel High Efficiency Micro wind Generator. Wind generator is connected with the special fabric supporting round contour. This element is attached to the existing concrete slabs, by the steel frame. The steel frame consists of the steel tubes of different diameters and works as a telescopic stick. That solution helps me to control a tension of the fabric. Inner wall is designed from prefabricated modules.
