We were among the first in Europe to decrease and subsequently completely abandon the use of ecologically hazardous refrigerants and propellants. In 1998, we introduced the environmentally friendly dust lacquer coating, followed by the technology of dust enamel coating two years later. Gorenje dryers feature an Anti-Crease system designed to reduce creasing. The tumble action and special 3D rib design prevent the garments from getting tangled or bundled up, which results in improved drying efficiency. AquaStop anti-flooding system

With the AquaStop safety feature, the dishwasher can be safely left to operate at night as well as in your absence. In case of leakage or flooding, AquaStop automatically cuts off the water supply while the pump siphons the residual water out of the dishwasher basin. AquaStop remains fully functional for the duration of the working life of the appliance.

Prevent temperature shocks

A special heat exchanger gradually increases the water temperature in the dishwasher preventing cold water from flowing over hot surfaces, so your dishes are not exposed to temperature shocks. Hygiene is also improved as the heat exchanger allows effective drying without using air from outside the machine. When the dishwasher is opened after washing, you will not experience clouds of steam.

Combining of two independent zones

Some XtremePower induction hob models allow combining two independent cooking zones into a single large cooking zone. Hence, the hob can be adjusted to the size and shape of your cookware and the combined large heating area allows full usage of the induction technology and available space. The zones can thus be used independently, or they can be combined into a single large zone as required, in order to accommodate large oval pans (e.g. fish pans). With the PowerBoost function, these cooking zones will cook even more rapidly.

Dependant upon your requirements you can choose between extraction and re-circulating hoods. Extraction hoods draw in cooking fumes and trap vapours through in a filter while expelling odours to the outside through a ventilation duct. Recirculating hoods draw in steam and odour saturated air through a filter, then returns the treated air into the kitchen. For superior performance, a carbon filter (available separately) can also be installed.

Downdraft hood

This elegant and efficient solution is particularly suitable for wider cooking hobs in which cooking zones are laid out side by side. The downdraft hood is installed next to the hob to directly extract the steam and the odours during operation. It can be built into a kitchen island or installed on a worktop next to a wall since the position of the motor allows direct evacuation outdoors, through the kitchen wall. Optionally, it can also operate in filter version using a simply installed charcoal filter.

Ceiling-mounted hood

Architectural trends of modern kitchens without wall cabinets compel careful choice of the kitchen hood. One of the most elegant solutions is the ceiling-mounted hood which delivers maximum performance of steam and odour extraction. For best results, these hoods should have the motor installed outside the kitchen as this will result in virtually completely silent operation.
