About designer
Hi, I'm Nikki Phillis, the surface pattern designer behind Kitten Lane, hailing from sunny Australia.
Growing up on a farm nestled in mountains, I spent my days exploring paddocks and creeks, and finding inspiration in the surrounding Australian bush.
My artwork is inspired by this rural upbringing close to nature, cultural influences from across the globe, along with my love of cosy interiors, whilst keeping the latest trends in mind. I’m often drawn to soft and dreamy colour palettes as well as classic neutrals.
