MOUTH PIECE The official newsletter of MSC McKay
Holly Jolly & Jingle Bells With the holidays upon us and 2017 drawing to a close, it's a great time to look back at this unforgettable year. Together we have reached new horizons and extended our reach into Turks & Caicos & St. Maarten. I'm immensely proud of the work that you and your teams are doing to make MSC McKay a force to be reckoned with. During this busy holiday season, your branches are doing a fantastic job ensuring all our customers leave satisfied, and you're doing it with the energy and enthusiasm that has always endeared MSC McKay to our customers. Yup, Customer Service "tun up!" This November marked the one-year anniversary of the introduction of the Concierge Valuation Service in the Kingston branch, which has been the symbol of revolutionary service delivery since its introduction. A very special thanks to the team members of Concierge for doing such a tremendous job.

We’ve made important decisions like building eAssessor, which when introduced will make a tremendous difference in the company’s operations. Thank you to the team members involved in its process. Though painstaking at times, I promise you that the end result will be worth it. We’ve revisited our pricing structure and made a big leap to making our Valuation Service profitable. It paid off. The efforts you make toward building our customer service and the MSC McKay brand has not gone unrecognised. The Coordinators are keeping the engines of MSC McKay well oiled. They work tirelessly and we all recognise their efforts. To Kris, Jovan & Alexander, we really, really do appreciate you. To the team - most customers will never know how hard you and your colleagues are working to make them happy, but they will appreciate the depth of care and effort you put into customer service. The knowledge that you’ve done great work for someone else is a powerful reward — one that I hope you feel during the holiday season and throughout the coming year. There’s nothing else quite like it. Enjoy this time with your team members, family, friends and loved ones. And for those of you that don't celebrate the holidays, we respect and honour that. So to you, enjoy the couple days off. I could not be more excited about what’s in store for next year, and for the opportunity to work with all of you to make it happen. Best to you, Michelle
