The IGW1000MC features all the must-haves: • Gigabit forwarding • Optical auto detection (100BaseBX10/20,1000BaseBX10/20) • Advanced CATV (optional) • IEEE802.3az EOAM But besides that, also more advanced features like: • Ethernet and IP filters (layer 2-4) • MAC limiting • IP source guard • Jumbo packets • Optical signal monitoring (CATV and DATA) • SNMP v1/v2 interface • VLAN forwarding/altering and filtering • Link propagation • Green (power management) All is done in hardware, resulting in blazing wirespeed gigabit transfer rates.
