We were asked to assess the buildings in the entire masterplan then we started to decide which buidlings were to be demolished and which are to be kept depending on its condition whether it is either a good, intermediate or bad conditions. Later on, we replaced old condition buildings with few new buildings putting traffic into consideration to minimize crowdedness as well as leaving spaces between the buidlings to enhance its surrounding landscape and sustainable features.
