This year it’s “full speed ahead”

GGerman Lucarelli had a busy 2022, with the growing success of his restaurant, The Lost Fire, the popularity of the outdoor space, Luca, and the release of his new Lost Fire cookbook.

“Lost Fire is well-established now,” he said of the restaurant known for its prime grilled steaks and other meats. “We always search for the best meat — Wagyu, lamb, whatever is freshest in the market.”

And as for his cookbook, Lucarelli said his publisher had done very well by it.

“I’m amazed by the response,” he said. “It was number one on Amazon.”

People often come into the restaurant to buy an autographed copy, though the book is available in local shops and online through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. But compared to what Lucarelli
