All modules are based on the “Base module” (see previous page), and then interior walls and doors are added depending on the function of the specific module. In the double modules, two variations (A and B), are used to create a straight line of sight through both modules. The single module offers two separated spaces, one that is more private for resting and getting dressed and one that is filled with daylight for working and socializing. The double modules all have two private bedrooms of 10 m2, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. All rooms have abundant daylight. Doors that are not used as entry can be modeled into a french balcony. The common spaces include a spacious kitchen with dining room, laundry facilities with a cosy social room where residents can encounter each other, as well as a bathroom. Depending on the placement, windows can be of both clear (living room) and opaque (bathroom) glass.

There is one double module of common spaces for every stairway, and it is accessible from both sides. The ground floor has both double and single modules available for residents with mobility restrictions.
