THE IDEA OF INOC
AN INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
FOR ORGANIZATIONAL
DEVELOPMENT AND COACHING
Version 1.2 - 14. December 2014, Klaus Haasis
1
The Challenge To support people and organizations in a business context interdisciplinary approaches become more and more important.
Services, concepts, approaches and professions are not any longer sharply distinguishable.
The kernels stay concise, but the boundaries are not sharply contoured.
For the initiators of INOC there is a need for more integration and room for an international network which brings together organizational development, organizational coaching with a clear focus of humanism and culture. 2

IDEA: to create an international movement which combines
humanistic and business approaches with clear organizational focus
What we are looking for We invite international colleagues in the field of coaching, organizational development, human resources management to express their interest in taking part in the development of a international movement which combines humanistic and business approaches with clear organizational focus. Invited are professionals worldwide, who are clearly oriented to the organizational field and know organizational work. They may be free lancers or internal people. Trained and/or experienced professionals from other fields could be a match as well, if they are decided to expand beyond individual work into the world of companies and organizations. We are interested in finding partners, who tend (beyond personal engagement) to become entrepreneurs in the organizational coaching field, as a provider of Coaching-services and/or Coaching-training. This is not a franchise of any kind. The network will become a co-creative community of independent partners on an equal level. It is not meant to be a platform for marketing or business. However, partners might have such benefits in an indirect way.
