ADDING A PAVILION to your home

Custom pavilion attached to house. Hip roof style with shingle roof, and dentil molding accents.

Add Value To Your Home According to experts, you can add as much as 20% to the value of your home with attractive landscaping. Adding square feet to your home can be expensive and in comparison, pavilions are extremely affordable, but can still add immense value to your home. It adds a touch of beauty and makes your outdoor area an asset if you were ever to decide to sell your home.

Extend Your Living Space Outdoors Many people enjoy the outdoors and wish they could experience it year-round. Pavilions are a great way to extend the amount of time you can enjoy the great outdoors. To spend even more time outdoors, add a fire pit, and imagine enjoying chilly weather while roasting marshmallows, or add a lighting kit, and it becomes the perfect spot to host an evening party.

types have a large color selction and will last for years. The differences are hard to spot if you don't know what to look for, so here's a quick explanation:

2. LEGACY METAL, is one of the newest profiles available for roofing applications. It comes much closer to the appearance of a traditional standing seam roof. 3. STANDING SEAM, is re-engineered, upgraded metal roof profile for residential application. It is installed by snapping together the individual panels with no exposed fasteners.
