RETURN POLICY:

To return an item: Call your Sales Representative or contact K&L Customer Service prior to sending product to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box before shipping to K&L. All return shipments must be properly packaged - items damaged during return shipment cannot be credited. All return shipments must be freight prepaid - return shipments sent freight collect will be refused. Ship to: Returns Dept., K&L Supply Co., Inc., 2099 S. 10th St., Unit 80, San Jose, CA 95112. If all qualifications are met, the item will be credited or replaced at the customer’s choice. The qualifications are: must be invoiced 30 days or less from date of return authorization, must be in restockable/resaleable condition; free from all permanent markings of any type (pen, price stickers, labels, etc.); must be returned complete with original part packaging; must include a copy of the invoice; must arrive with authorization number visible on outside of shipping container; all shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; returns or errors not determined to be K&L’s fault are subject to a 20% restocking charge, plus all freight, shipping and C.O.D. fees. All replacements will be sent free freight at the service level of original order unless customer pays difference for quicker delivery. Have the delivery person make a note of the damage before you sign for it. • All cartons, boxes, packaging, etc. MUST be kept for inspection by UPS. No damaged parts will be accepted for return unless UPS and K&L are notified within 48 hours. • You must file a Damage Report with UPS.

DAMAGED TRUCK SHIPMENTS:

• All shipments must be inspected upon delivery for visible signs of damage or possible damage. Check for missing packages before signing. Have Driver make a note of damage on delivery paperwork before leaving. • All cartons, boxes, packaging, etc. MUST be kept for inspection by Truck Line Inspectors. No damaged parts will be accepted for return unless Truck Line and K&L are notified within 48 hours. • Upon delivery, all damage or possible damage must be noted on the bill of lading.
