Description / Use Fluke Model 88 Multimeter with Tachometer Features include volt, ohm, amp, continuity and diode tests, RPM measurements with the provided inductive pickup, minimum/ maximum/average recording of measurements, frequency and duty cycle measurements, low-ohms function, millisecond pulse width measurements, and smoothing (shows an averaged reading of measurements which fluctuate such as RPM).

Included accessories; holster, inductive pickup, hard carrying case, test leads, test probes, large alligator clips, users manual and quick reference guide. This instrument is invaluable for checking the electrical system.

Ignition System Tester This dual-display peak voltage ignition tester shows constant signals (peak voltage) and pulsed signals (spark energy) at the same time. The Ignition Mate is compact, and uses either the 12V vehicle battery or its own internal battery source.

Performance of engine spark can be seen through the spark window. To use, set the spark plug gap to the position as per shop manual. (between 6mm & 7mm). When the engine is kicked over, a spark will jump across the gap. This tester is nessary for checking the ignition system components.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All shipments must be inspected upon delivery for visible signs of damage or possible damage. Have the delivery person make a note of the damage before you sign for it.

UPS Shipments –You must file a Damage Report with UPS. Truck Line Shipments – Upon delivery, all damage or possible damage must be noted on the bill of lading.

All cartons, boxes, packaging, etc. MUST be kept for inspection by UPS or Truck Line Inspectors. No damaged parts will be accepted for return unless UPS or K&L are notified within 48 hours.

SHIPMENT DISCREPANCIES: All shortages and shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Call or fax our Customer Service Department. We will assist you in correcting the problem.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY: K&L accepts non-warranty returns as follows (see the separate Warranty Returns Policy for return of defective products): •Returns must be authorized within 30 days of Yamaha invoice.

•Return shipments must have the Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.

•Product must be in restockable/resaleable condition, free of permanent markings of any type, and with all original packaging.

•Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee if K&L was at fault).

•Closeout, discontinued and essential products are not eligible for return.
