K&L Supply is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium shop equipment, parts and tools throughout the world. New products are continually being developed and manufactured at K&L’s 55K sq. ft. facility in S. Korea. K&L is passionate in providing excellent service and premium products at prices dealers can afford.

This passion has grown K&L’s customer base to over 20K customers worldwide, something K&L is very proud of. Among its customers are major industry distributors as well as OEM’s like Yamaha, for which K&L is the exclusive OE tool manufacturer and supplier to dealers. K&L’s product quality and customer service set the company apart from its competition. K&L stands behind everything they make and they take care of people directly and right away — if there’s a problem with a product, K&L Supply will fix it or replace it.

Looking To The Future

K&L’s plan is clear: growth, in all forms. The company recently expanded to a new 100K sq. ft. facility in San Jose, CA featuring a larger warehouse and a new assembly line. K&L just launched a new website with a new dealer portal.

Customers will be able to log in, check real time inventory and place orders online. Simultaneously, K&L will continue its tradition of innovation by expanding its leading line of equipment for powersports and automotive shops while simultaneously increasing their product line with applications for all major OEM’s. The mission is very simple: continue to be the supplier of equipment, tools and hard parts for the powersports and automotive industry.

K&L MANUFACTURING FACTORIES

K&L Supply primarily partners with manufacturers in the United States. Throughout the years we have built up an impressive relationship with multiple factories in the United States to provide our customers low lead times and unparalleled quality. K&L Korea is responsible for manufacturing K&L Proprietary Products when it comes to fabrication. We fabricate all of our K&L genuine equipment and tools in-house to ensure consistent quality throughout all our products. Our factory is capable of design, start to finish product manufacturing, and assembly.

Sourcing

We work with a large network of manufacturing partners based in the United States, South Korea (Proprietary), Japan, (Proprietary), China, and Taiwan. By leveraging our long-standing partnerships with our manufacturers, K&L Supply has the capability to pass on very competitive pricing to our customers regardless of volume and product complexity within a broad range of metals and plastics.

K&L industrial 3D Printer allows you the flexibility to create industrial-grade parts in hours. Our Markforged X7 3D Printer prints Continuous Carbon Fiber (CCF) reinforced parts, enabling engineers and designers to have a functional prototype in hand within hours-not weeks. With precision machined hardware, advanced software, and the help of our in-house 3D printing specialist, we guarantee reliable 3D printed parts with 50 μm repeatability and industry-leading surface finish.

MATERIALS

• Onyx- Micro carbon fiber filled nylon offers excellent heat resistance, surface finish, and chemical resistance.

• Onyx FR- Certified UL 94 V-0 rated flame-retardant nylon filled with micro-carbon fiber that possesses the same core properties as Onyx.

• Onyx ESD- Stronger, stiffer, and ESD resistant Onyx variant for industrial and electronic manufacturing applications.

• Nylon- Smooth, White, non-abrasive, and easily painted. Nylon thermoplastic is best used for non marring workholding and human contact.

• Carbon Fiber- Stiff, strong, and extremely light, carbon fiber reinforcement yields parts capable of replacing machined aluminum.

• Fiberglass- inexpensive and 11 times stiffer than ABS, Fiberglass is the perfect entry-level continuous fiber for 3D printing functional parts.

• Kevlar- Extremely durable and highly resistant to catastrophic failure, Kevlar is an excellent reinforcement choice for harsh environments.

• HSHT Fiberglass- HSHT fiberglass material delivers the highest impact resistance and heat deflection temperature of our continuous fibers, and can be used for low-temperature molds.

For the last 25 years, K&L Supply has been working closely with Yamaha Marine Division to source and manufacture a variety of marine products from powerhead tools to large outboard engine stands with many more in between.

K&L Supply has always had a strong, long-standing partnership with Honda America’s Powersports division. With K&L Supply’s reputation for quality when it comes to their tools and equipment, K&L Supply quickly became the go-to manufacturer and supplier for both Honda and Acura’s automotive division. Today, K&L Supply manufactures Honda endorsed equipment such as lifts, tire machines and balancers throughout their dealer network.
