1 package Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix, prepared according to package directions 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp. white or rice wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger 1 green onion, sliced 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice, prepared according to package directions
DIRECTIONS Combine prepared Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix and next 3 ingredients in a small saucepan and cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until heated through and smooth. Remove 1/4 cup of sauce. Stir green onion into remaining sauce; cover and set aside. Thread chicken on skewers. Spray chicken with no-stick cooking spray. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and basting with reserved 1/4 cup sauce, until thoroughly cooked. Serve Satay with Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice and remaining sauce. Garnish with additional chopped green onions.

2. Latin Lime Chicken Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 package Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1 green onion 1 Tbsp. lime juice Hot pepper sauce to taste DIRECTIONS Heat a large skillet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Stir in Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes. 1 medium shallot, sliced 1 package Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425°. Combine Knorr ® Chicken Bouillon Cube, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and half the rosemary and garlic in small bowl. Place chicken in roasting pan. Spread bouillon mixture over chicken and under skin. Stuff cavity with remaining ingredients except Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix. Roast 30 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 375°. Cover pan with foil and continue roasting 1 1/4 hours. Remove foil and roast 15 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165°. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving. Meanwhile, prepare Gravy Mix according to package directions, adding pan drippings. Serve with roast chicken.
