About SeIS

Our two-day Colliers conference is gaining national recognition as one of the most impactful industrial events focused on the Southeast region. The 2025 Southeast Industrial Summit (SeIS) promises to be our most distinguished gathering yet. We look forward to hosting you at beautiful Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

Day One

Kicking off the morning bright and early, the day will begin with round-trip transportation to one of Tampa Bay’s premier golf destinations - Lake Jovita. After a round of golf and delicious lunch, attendees will be transported back to the host hotel for a brief break before the evening festivities begin. The night will feature a networking cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and postdinner drinks. Guests can look forward to witnessing the most amazing sunset from the top floor of the Grand Hyatt!

Day Two

The day will begin with a buffet-style breakfast and a networking hour. Following breakfast, the educational segment of the Summit will kick off with opening remarks and a special acknowledgment to our 2025 Sponsors. The program will feature a series of panels covering a wide range of industry topics relevant to the Southeast industrial landscape.
