Ruth Busalacchi is the owner and operator of SYNERGY Homecare serving Southeast Wisconsin. Her company currently employs over 100 professional caregivers who work with more than 150 clients ranging companion care to 24/7 live-in care. She has owned her company since 2010, having been drawn to the industry while advocating for her Dad who had Parkinson’s and her Mom who was his primary caregiver. Combining her personal and professional experience in Social Services, Ruth created a Business Mission, “To provide unique and dignified care, and to educate the community about the options available.” Ruth is a facilitator for the Alz. Association, and offers free Educational Events to local Seniors. Ruth is the Senior Care Expert on WTMJ-4 “The Morning Blend” as well as national radio spots and podcasts. Ruth’s hobbies including spending time with her five grandchildren and playing the ukulele! Ruth graduated from Concordia University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management and Human Resources.

Dr. Tiffany Mullen is the CEO and cofounder of Vytal Health, a Milwaukee, WI-based telemedicine startup company.

Years after feeling frustrated by health care--both as a patient and as a physician--Dr. Tiffany left corporate health care behind to co-found Vytal Health. Vytal Health is a membershipbased telemedicine company focused on helping people solve health problems that have been overlooked or under-treated by traditional health care. The Vytal Health team of physicians, nutritionists, and health coaches treat the whole person, focusing on lifestyle--nutrition, sleep, managing stress, and moving the body--in addition to supplements, medications and other interventions when necessary.

Holistic health care has always been Dr. Tiffany’s passion. Prior to launching Vytal Health, Dr. Tiffany led Aurora Health Care’s (Milwaukee, WI) Department of Integrative Medicine as its Medical Director, growing it to the largest department in the country.
