Corvette Expo offers family friendly fun for the Corvette community every Spring. This year, we are very excited to bring you an awesome event.
Here's our story: Corvette Expo was the “brainchild” of Byron R. Cooper owner, with his brother Ronny, of Cooper’s Corvette Center in Knoxville. Byron opened Cooper’s in 1967 with the main focus of repairing, painting, customizing Corvettes for individuals and Insurance Companies.
Early in 1976, Byron came up with the idea to have a Corvette show and open house at their business location on Broadway and invited several of the vendors he and Ronny met through the Corvette business. He soon found their business location wouldn't fit all the vendors and people wanting to come, so they rented out The Jacob Building at Chilhowee Park and the Corvette Expo was born. The Expo is now at the Gatlinburg Leconte Center and better than ever. Check it out this year on March 18th & 19th.
